1 /5 Aryana Spohnholz: I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time—spent thousands here and even recommended several friends. But after this last experience, I’m seriously disappointed. I got my acrylics done just 7 days ago, and one has already completely come off. That should not be happening after only a week. I called ahead and was told they’d fix it, but when I showed up, they suddenly changed their tune and said I’d have to pay for the repair. That’s not how you treat loyal customers who’ve supported your business for years. I also brought a friend with me who got Gel X nails done, and unfortunately, hers have chipped horribly after just 7 days as well. Its extremely disappointing that both of our nail services have failed to hold up, especially considering the high prices and the reputation this salon claims to have. We both expected better quality and longevity from a place that promotes itself as a professional nail salon. This whole situation has left a bad taste in my mouth. I expected better, and honestly, I’m now reconsidering ever coming back—let alone recommending anyone else.

5 /5 Kayleigh Johnson: This is my go to nail spot, they are always above and beyond excellent! They have great prices and a tiered selection of services based on price point. I love that 2 alcoholic drinks are included with your service. I recommend the butterfly pea cocktail! Great place to relax and get pampered. They also were very accommodating to my three year old son who wanted to get his toes painted too lol

They truly want you to leave here loving your nails and your service! The talent they have here with being able to recreate any design you bring in is truly amazing! 1000/10 reccomend and you wont regret!

5 /5 Kristin Coutin: Fantasia never misses! If I want a very specific design, then I definitely recommend coming here. Other people may say that they are pricey, but everybody is so personable, especially the two men at the front desk that are always there! The service, consistency, thoroughness, and the end result makes it well worth it in my opinion. I trust their judgment as well and I am not afraid to ask about what they think of the color or design that I am going with! I have been to other nail salons and I have had issues with the nail polish bubbling by not being dried completely, the design wasn’t exactly how I wanted it, and the shape of the nail was not as sleek looking. I highly recommend coming here to get your nails done whether you come here on a reoccurring basis or you just want to treat yourself! ** I have gradually increased my nail size so that I can get acclimated for it in the gym and at home. The green and long pink nails are in an almond shape, acrylic, and in a long length.**

4 /5 Tigra “Tiggy”: This salon is near my temporary residency while in San Antonio; I was walking around the outdoor shopping mall and stumbled across it. I stopped in and took a look at their cat eye colors. Then I asked if they had anyone who was great with shaping stiletto nails. The receptionist recommended Linh, so I made an appointment for Friday, 28March, at 2pm. I arrived today (28Mar) and Linh was ready for me. She was meticulous as she sculpted and corrected the subpar nail job done by a different salon. The nails are perfect: the shape, the colors, the cat eye application, everything. I’ll definitely return to Linh before I leave town. The employees were all very nice. I was offered a drink (they have a bar too). The only things I didn’t like were: 1- The surprise pricing (the prices were definitely fair, I just prefer upfront pricing) 2- There is a 3% surcharge for using a credit card, which was never disclosed. I saw the charge on my Clover receipt.
