Anna D I’ve been coming here for oil changes etc. for years now with two different cars. Regular service appointments are always easy to schedule and never take very long. I appreciate the full systems check of my car and the reasonable recommendations they make. Feels fair & straightforward.

Jasmine Reyes My car broke down over the weekend and they helped me get it to them even when they were closed. Their prices are so great! Their service is amazing. They replaced parts, rotated and filled my tires, checked my breaks. They are all so kind and explained things in a way that made sense to me and was not condescending. I sometimes feel car places try to take advantage of those with a lack of car knowledge, not Cross Tech, they’re the best and good people. I HIGHLY recommend

Jess Rotherham I had my truck towed into the shop at RB diesel. Ryan immediately got a hold of me when it arrived. I need my truck for work and the next day he was working on it. Few days later it was out of the shop and running great. This place is quick and good at what they do. But the best thing is they are honest. That goes a long way these days. Angela Marks I am so incredibly grateful to Hill Country Collision Burnet for the INCREDIBLE work they did repairing my Jeep Wrangler after an accident. The insurance company was a big challenge but Chris Gardiner very patiently worked with them to ensure they paid for all of the costs of my vehicle. We also opted to purchase some really cool after market parts for the Jeep. Some parts were very tricky to install, but Chris and his team were committed to making it happen for me. They were incredibly professional. Communication and service were excellent. Start to finish it was a smooth process.
