I made an appointment, and the communication beforehand was clear and professional. From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind and welcoming, and my vehicle was taken in right away…no long wait times! I had my 2-year-old grandson with me, and the way they went above and beyond to accommodate him truly touched me. They had coloring books, crayons, and even gave him a Hot Wheels car! That kind of thoughtfulness says so much about the values of a business! It’s rare to find a place that provides excellent service and makes families feel cared for. Steven Purdy Richard has always been straightforward and honest with any of our vehicles needing or not needing service. We just had our timing chain serviced...having that peace of mind that we wont have to worry about it for another 200K is a great feeling. While they were in there, he also replaced the water pump, oil and filter along with brakes serviced as well. Truck feels great...very happy with their service.

Autonation Chevy couldnt find my issue. They just wanted to throw parts at it. Addison had it figured out within a day and had it right the first time. They dont believe in bs or cutting corners. They tell you exactly how it is. This is your place. I promise you, if you come here you will never trust another mechanic shop again. Honesty, integrity, and price are all right here.
