They helped me with a tire change quickly, professionally, and at a very fair price. The whole team was friendly and efficient, but Ronaldo really stood out — he worked so fast and made it look easy. You can tell he’s done this a thousand times. Very skilled! It’s hard to find a shop that offers honest pricing, professional service, and speed, but Motor City has it all. Ethan is the consummate professional thinking of everything to make my experience smooth and pleasant. His crew is very capable and my car is running well. Recently I dropped in with a coolant leak and they were able to fit me in right then and address it. Ethan kindly drove me to get a rental car and even waited while I got my car. Im thrilled and relieved to have found a quality auto repair shop so I dont have to rely so heavily on Crest dealership. Carol Erdmann When I made the appointment and told Jared the problem he explained what they would do and approximate cost. When I arrived everyone was friendly and welcoming. Jared checked me in and explained exactly what would be done. Waited for my car and free coffee, water and drinks were available. Car was ready a short time later. The bill was what they said it would be. Was referred by three different people who said they were trustworthy, reliable and honest which proved to be true. Very positive experience, relief to know I have a place to take my car with people I can trust and will certainly go back.
