2 /5 jdhodges2003: If you are taking your kids here, the pediatric department is great, everything else at this location is horrible! The front desk is cold, I have never seen a smile, and The doctors are crap. Ive seen several doctors here and most dont seem to know what they are doing or are unsure about the proper way to treat patients. Even seeing the same do tor they tell you different things each time, that is if they dont cancel you appointment only minutes before your scheduled time. Find another facility unless you are seeing pediatrics!!!

2 /5 Jasmine: Always a long wait time at this location. The ladies at the front desk dont seem to be very kind and can be impatient. Pediatric nurse who gave our baby vaccines was fine but she did not have good bedside manner like at other locations. She barely spoke to us. I love ARC but certain staff at this location just seems cold and impersonal. Location is clean though and some staff are kind and patient though

1 /5 Joyce Welborn: Be aware there are only 2 pediatric doctors on staff 02/10/2025 and if one goes home sick you will be S-O-L for your SCHEDULED and CONFIRMED appointment. You will be informed no sooner than an hour before your appointment and there will be slim to no chance of being seen same day at another ARC clinic

5 /5 GP: Dr. Betsy Kandapuram & ARC team has been an incredible for both of my children, Her gentle and patient approach has made every visit a positive experience for my kids. She always takes the time to listen to their concerns, making them feel comfortable and cared for. Her ability to explain things clearly to both parents and children is remarkable, ensuring we are always informed and confident in the care being provided. I truly appreciate her kindness, professionalism, and dedication to her patients. We are grateful to have her as our children’s doctor and highly recommend her to other families.
