1 /5 Marisol Aguilera Correa: Natalie was the lady who attended me and the service was very poor she was with little knowledge it seemed as if she had no experience. I came in with a full set looking for a fill and she couldn’t do that wanted to change the color as if their nails were hers. She wouldn’t use enough powder as if she didn’t want to use it. And I got there with 10 nails and she broke my nail. And she is a liar Poor customer service no water was offered.

3 /5 Emily Sauceda: I went in on Nov 24th I did set an appointment prior to going to there was no wait time. The customer service was great and the tech doing my nails was friendly. The services I received was a nail fill with gel polish, toe nail gel polish change and trim. However the next day my thumb nail was already chipped. Then three days later two more nails chipped. Now it’s only 12 days later and it looks as if I new a whole new gel polish and fill. Also one of toe nails is chipped. Prior to arrival I was quoted $30 fill with gel polish, but I was charged an extra $10 gradient color understandable. But when it came to my toes I was charged $25 for gel color change only and then and extra $10 for a trim which honestly wasn’t much trimming. But my tech didn’t express any of these extra charges prior to doing what I was asking. So to my surprise I was charge more at the end when paying. I did also receive an eye brow wax which I was completely satisfied with. Ive been to several salons and I’ve never had my gel polish chip. Or ever been charged to trim my nails slightly. But overall it’s a nice salon and great atmosphere.
