5 /5 Coco Rose: My car had a lot of problems that needed to be checked out. (Oil change,gas sensor,lift gate,brakes) Paul and front staff were super nice and knowledgeable. I personally could not be there to go over everything and they were so helpful talking me through the repairs over the phone. The prices were really reasonable (way better than what I was expecting) and the car is driving great now. This is the only place Im getting my car work done from now on. Thanks Deer Park Automotive

1 /5 Neddar Lee: If I could give them less than 1 star I would. A little over a year ago another shop near them had done horribly on my car. I took it to Deer Park Auto because I had used them before. They had worked on my families cars and mine with good results for years with no problems. They took my car in put it up on the rack, then the other placed called them and said not to touch my car. Without even asking me about the situation, they refused to work on my car. This is someone I trusted. They wouldnt take it off the rack. They handed me, a 70 year old woman, her keys and insisted I drive it off the rack myself. I was terrified!! What if it went off to the side or down in the pit? I should have called police, or anyone for help. I should have posted this immediately, but wasnt given the courage until now. Instead I managed to drive it off safely, and drive out. Shaking and not knowing what to do, I just left. I dont know what the other place told them, but they wouldnt even listen to my side. The other place had way over charged, done a horrible job, and all I did was give them a bad review. Once again, I feel, the good (bad) old boys club has struck. Ill never use them again, and neither will any of my family or friends. I hope this lets someone else know what kind of people they truly are.

5 /5 Gracie Rodriguez: Highly Recommend! Staff is friendly and very respectful. My car was fixed in a very timely manner. What I thought was going to be something very expensive ended up being a loose battery cable. It was fixed free of charge. Very honest mechanic work. Thank you. Will definitely come back.
