1 /5 Manoj Savalia: “A Cautionary Tale for Car Owners” " Broke more parts and things than they ever repaired" I recently brought my vehicle to this shop hoping for a straightforward repair, but unfortunately, my experience left dishonesty with poor quality work with exterior and interior tore down ,which put me and my family in danger on the road. Things are just started here , I went to pick my car and found passenger car was tore down by sharp object as per picture . I told Nathan and Owner of business, they said we did not use passenger side ,even though you clearly see mess and fingerprints everywhere on passenger side. I did ask to check their camera for everything and they didnt care and just telling me ,we did not do that and showing rude attitude .After big arguments, shop agree to pay 50% of repair cost and asked me get quote from leather repairer. I got quotes and everything ,they did not response for anything or did not pay as they promised for repair . I went to repair for clicking noise, from Range rover sport CV boots and ended up corrupting my full suspension system with loosen parts hanging around . which cause more rattling and squeaking with sparkles while loosen part scratching with rim as par pictures attached here. while driving on the road, other car driver noticed sparkles coming out from rim and asked me to stop. found loosen part scratching on the rim and it could have put my car on fire and put us all under fire on the road. It is just, not ending things here yet , While i was driving and rain started , wiper did not started . I got off from the car and open the hood to make sure all connections are good or not . not able to fix Wipers but found loosen tube and sprayers are hanging without connected to the hoods. I had to put them back to see if that make any difference , unfortunately not. This not just finished there , I went to other mechanic to show them on wipers and found that , that wipers are broken and these stupid people had glued them and zip tied to fix . I still not understand ,why they opened wiper side , it may be getting more claims from Warranty company or some other purpose to make more money. I Know mistake happens ,however these people doesnt seems to take responsibility and accountability of their wrongdoing . They are just ignoring customers after they will get paid and left them on the road in danger and helpless. Nathan ,who got very bad attitude and dont care about any customers. when I call him, he ask me to work with William (Dont know real name ) and when i text William , he ask me to work with Nathan. they just played games and did not fix anything as they messed up everything. which clearly sign of very unprofessional environment they have created. 1 /5 Felton Clark: This garage is a straight scam and rip off, I took my car there for a bad alternator not charging, he quoted a price of 795, I used Snap to keep. From paying interest on my credit card once they found out how much my approval was they put so much more charges that my bill came to 1600. I spoke to the mechanic before I went to the office to pay he said they only changed the alternator, once I got inside they lied to me about the work done I had to agree or I could not get my car . Please don’t take your car there the worst experience at a repair garage ever and I am 66. They could not show me the extra work they claimed

1 /5 Mr Murphy: Beware the Bait and Switch at Crown Auto Repair and Collision - AVOID! My experience with Crown Auto Repair and Collision was nothing short of a nightmare, and I want to warn others to be extremely cautious. While I am male, my experience left me with a strong impression that women, in particular, should be very wary of this establishment. I purchased two Groupon deals – one for a Full Auto Tune-Up and another for a Transmission and Coolant Flush. Based on the "original" prices listed, I thought I was getting a fantastic deal, saving over $400. This couldnt have been further from the truth. The "deal" quickly turned into a classic bait-and-switch. When I called to schedule, I was quoted a price of over $650 on top of the Groupon cost! Their justification was high hourly labor rates, but they were initially cagey about the actual rate. After pressing, I was eventually told $155 an hour, which they then "generously" reduced to $120 an hour for me. On top of the exorbitant labor, they nickel-and-dimed me for "extra" transmission fluid (even though the flush should have covered it), claiming an additional 2-3 quarts at over $100. It felt like they were just giving me a roundabout estimate and charging me for things that should have been included in the original Groupon package – things like labor time and charges for services explicitly stated in the deals. The worst part was my conversation with Nathan. He tried to tell me I had to choose which part of the deal I wanted to do, even though the Groupon clearly stated it covered everything in the package. He then proceeded to charge me for the hourly price for how long each "included" service would take. This completely negated the entire premise of the Groupon "deal" which was supposed to be a discounted price based on the original cost. Its clear to me that Crown Auto Repair and Collision uses Groupon to lure customers in with seemingly great deals, only to upcharge them significantly once they call. They seem to make their real money by inflating labor costs and charging for services that should be part of the package. Women, please take extra caution! Based on how they handled my situation and their pricing tactics, I strongly recommend having a male friend or husband speak with them first. It truly felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation. If you need transmission work, I highly recommend A Plus Transmission. They offer honest, great prices with quality work and no hidden surprises, unlike the predatory practices I experienced at Crown Auto Repair and Collision. Be very aware and cautious of Crown Auto Repair and Collision and their reviews – they will "charge you out the bananas!"

1 /5 paula mendez: Update: how am I going to contact you when the ride manager answers the phone. Give a corporate number. Worst experience. Waste of time on two separate days and the manager was rude and refused to give his last name and offer any type of help with the lack of communication twice. Denied oil change service with the Group quoting way more money. Would not even use the filter that my son brought. He said he had only been there for three days, but with all of these bad reviews I doubt that was true. Dont come here EVER.
