2 /5 Joshua Etheredge: Had one job done by Dakota. Great work, great price. Had another job done, and things went wrong. I was invoiced before the work and charged extraordinarily high parts charge. Dakota assured me that all was correct, but then I researched online. Parts were marked up by as much as 40%, and the labor was charged as more hours than the job took. Unfortunate, as I thought we found a new mechanic. Would not at all recommend. Update - called the parts store the part was ordered from. Got the actual amount. Parts -$59. Parts charged -$199. The markup was way worse than 40%. More like a 200% markup. Unreasonable and untrustworthy.

5 /5 Paige Chavez: Aaron went above and beyond for us! Our alternator went out and we need our vehicle for work so we called and he came out to us on a Sunday. Even even gave us a deal on the alternator and warranties his work! He was friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and skilled. Plus, his call out and labor costs were super reasonable! Im so glad we found him and will be using him again!!

1 /5 momma hollie: Initial call everything was great, guy even did research supposedly and reached back out. Now we’ve had every excuse in the book as to why he has not been back to complete repairs, I’ve reached out several times by phone and online requesting a owner, supervisor, manager to call me and nothing, radio silence. My daughters car is sitting with no alternator, pieces of her car sitting in her trunk, broken promises and she’s already paid for the new alternator and wiring and it has not been installed nor does she have it after repeated attempts to get it done. I’m very unhappy. I want someone to call me Response to message below: the communication is very poor. I have called several times and requested online as well and this is only way to get a response? We have changed plans, adjusted our schedules, it’s been over a week, we’ve had several different excuses - the issue with the wire being only one. We’ve asked for the parts he purchased to be brought to us and we would find someone else, my daughter requested a refund and nothing. My daughter paid for the alternator and wire needed, but parts never given to her and her request for a refund was declined. Out 300+ dollars. Still have never recieved a call or able to reach the owner/manager/supervisor. Unprofessional. Will never recommend!!

1 /5 Thomas Oliver: Contact was great in the beginning, but after I was told they would get to my son’s vehicle, all contact ceased. I get it that things come up, but customer service goes a long way. I called Valdez Mobile Auto Repair and they took care of my son the very next day.
