Caroline Langdon Been going here consistently for a year and each time, I’m very happy with my experience. I recommend them to everyone. The price is very reasonable and they are very kind. My mom was in town and said that her pedicure was the best she’s had. The new management is incredible and they are much more efficient. 100% recommend!

Savannah Barbosa-Hogan Lily did a GREAT job on my nails. She matched them with my toes which I got done elsewhere PERFECTLY. She is super polite she “nailed” the shape (pun intended) my first time to this salon and I am not going anywhere else ever! I’ve found my nail home thank you lily!

Chloe Paredes I’ve been going here since I moved to Lubbock for college. It’s hard to find a nail place you feel comfortable going to, so I’m glad I found out about this place. They’re clean, professional, and very friendly. 10/10 recommend.

Emily Doyle This place is awesome. They treat customers like real people and not just ATMs. I highly recommend Joann - she is the only person I will go to for my nails. I came in after having been on vacation and went to another salon for my nails where the removal was so painful I nearly cried. Joann explained why Bnails does the removal style they do (soak) and how what the other salon did can damage the natural nail. A++ service and an incredible human.

Niovy Villa Today I came by last minute and the owners were very lovely to help me. My nail tech cancelled on me and I explained to them about it. And Ella told me she could my nails. She did my nail very quick and was really nice to tell about the Texas Tech discount they have for being a student! Definitely coming back :)

Kathy Riley Lea. I think did my pedicure and was it awesome? She did a very thorough job and made me relax the whole time I will be back. Q did my nails and oh was he good? I thought I needed to tell him every aspect do this. Do that man he shut me up quick and did a wonderful job. I will be back. not only that the place was very clean and very nice to relax in. This has to be one of my most relaxing and nice experiences in the Lubbock area.
