1 /5 Taylor Aldape: This was a PAINFUL experience. I came in to get my dip removed today. the nail tech (who seemed to be the manager or owner because he was instructing the other workers and customers where to go) sat me down and began digging a pair of nail clippers between the dip and my nail bed. he was clipping away at the dip. Once he clipped as much as he could around the nail, he slid a nail tip in between my nail and the dip to separate the two. It tore the top layer of my nail off. It was painful, especially on my pinky fingers. I immediately asked him to “please soak the dip off” instead of removing it this way. He responded “this is faster and acetone dries out your cuticles.” He continued to chip away at the dip and use the fake nail tip to separate the dip from my nail bed. my nails are left very thin and look horrible. I can’t believe i paid $10 for this service. I would’ve taken the dry cuticles over this. If i wanted to take the dip off this way, i could’ve easily done it myself… and for FREE.

5 /5 emily munoz: It was my first time ever going to this place, I was scared because it was different from my usual place, but I ended up getting a set I did not like due to there being mess ups on my nail. I came back to see if I could get them fixed and I want to say the manager of the store, a young man with glasses, usually tells everyone to sign in, he fixed my nails. He did not have to fix them and refuse my service but he did not. He is a great person, I definitely will come back and make sure to pick the right set I want because of his kindness!!

1 /5 Alyssa Marmolejo: I go here often and have never had as bad of an experience as today’s. IT WAS PAINFUL. I went in just for a simple pedicure and to paint my toes. Starting off I was never asked for the extra shellac services was just charged, when my toes were being painted the machine burnt me twice, when receiving my leg massage he kept man handling me I had to tell him “ow” twice, and when he was scrubbing my feet he kept scrubbing my legs and scratched my lower ankles all up per the pictures below. And finally when I went to put my shoes on they were soaking in water and was charged $55 for the entire 25min I was there.

5 /5 Caroline Langdon: Been going here consistently for a year and each time, I’m very happy with my experience. I recommend them to everyone. The price is very reasonable and they are very kind. My mom was in town and said that her pedicure was the best she’s had. The new management is incredible and they are much more efficient. 100% recommend!
