They kept me regularly informed throughout the process, including the extended wait for a custom electrical harness that had to be manufactured by Mercedes in Germany. Their communication and transparency made a stressful situation much more manageable. Terry also worked directly with my insurance company, which was a huge relief, and he even unclogged the sunroof drains and completed a registration inspection—both at no additional cost. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority at Texan Auto. I have no doubt that if I had taken my car to the dealership, as I typically only trust Mercedes dealership for all repairs, I would not have received the same level of personalized service and attention to detail. I’m truly grateful and now a customer for life.

Troy Drayton Reasonable quote for brake pad replacement and rotors with fluid flush. Overall, I called 6 places before deciding and they were competitive but not the cheapest. Went with them because they were transparent about what they were actually putting on my car and the only place that asked me to come in so they could see the car to make sure the quote was accurate. When they actually did the work, they honored the appointment in the timeframe specified without extra waiting and the car brakes smooth after. Far better than my previous experience with brake replacement. Also did my valve cover gaskets and spark plugs here around 50000 miles ago and still going strong. Same story on that one. Quality work, positive customer service, and efficient.
