Abbi Calderon From, the initial contact by phone call…(after another place was attempting to replace a part that does not need replaced & asking for a little over double the price)…throughout communication during service on my vehicle & following through until pick up. I could NOT express how satisfied I am. I felt heard and I had things explained to me clearly. The customer service isn’t like the customer service has “turned into” it is EXACTLY how all customer service should be and used to be. I highly suggest servicing your vehicle with this company. My vehicle has NEVER driven as good as it does right now. Thank you!

He has gone above and beyond to make sure that my property has what it needs in order to keep our Parking lot clear and clutter free. He is always prompt fast smiling and happy when he comes and picks up anything that we need them to. He has picked up something as small as a motorcycle all the way up to a big huge box truck wow these services have been absolutely amazing. Don Cudd These guys are the real deal. Professional, puntual, very reasonable prices, available pretty much immediately every time I have called them. For at least a year, theyve been my go to for all the maintenance stuff (thermostat, CV Axle, water pump) on my trusty old van that I intend to keep going for another 300,000 miles or so.

Gabbi Monte Very affordable and quick response time! I dropped my new bumper off to get painted and the next day in less than an hour- he had the old one taken off and replaced with the new… I would recommend him over and over again, he saved me so much money & was the absolute sweetest gentleman! I’d give him 10/10 if I could!!! I lost the *after* pictures from the day it was replaced.

Paige Mareth The employees were so kind and helpful. They mentioned some additions I may need, but were not pushy AT ALL when I declined. The information was still useful because I do in fact need new wiper blades and it reminded me to switch out the old with a pair I have on hand. I really loved the man I talked to at the end, I wish I could remember his name. Hes an Angleton native and has been with Firestone for 32 years! It was so great hearing how much he loves his job and this sweet town, all while still ringing me up efficiently. I know I came for an oil change, and they were great for that, but having an enjoyable conversation and feeling so welcome in an auto care shop was a pleasant surprise. I did wait for a bit, but that was on me for being a walk in. Ill be sure and make an appointment next time! See you guys in 5,000 miles!
