lilypad ktfa Part of the repair was done excellently. Part of the repair was poorly completed. Communication issue between appraiser and customer. Appraiser responded reason rear passenger not completed was damage could have been caused by a car door opening into it. This was a false statement.

Romo “Alex the macchiato guy” Joe and the mechanics here are awesome. In America today it is extremely hard to find honest mechanics that do a good job and do it correctly. They fixed every issue sent me updates along the way and communicated how everything was going. This shop is worth every penny. They replaced the O ring I messed up that was leaking on the oil plug, did an alignment that most shops ignored or wouldnt do stating the vehicle was too heavy, replaced both lower control arms correctly after the original failed and I was in a bind. I will gladly support them and send every vehicle I have to them. Thankyou again so much guys, Alex

Jerry Foster I brought in my vehicle for a coolant flush and thermostat replacement. Joe and his team are top-notch professionals, and I cant stress that enough. I doubt that theres a shop (or many businesses in Longview overall) that are as straight-forward and honest as Southern Longview Automotive. Mechanics are expensive no matter where you go. However, I challenge anyone to find more reasonable prices. They dont nickel and dime at all. Clear communication, honesty, integrity, and respect is what youll find here. If you want to deal with real people and not sales reps, this is the place you want to go. Thank you for the great work!

Joe Walker They lied to me on the phone to get me in there. I had a 3pm appointment. They put it on the rack at 3pm but before 3:02pm, they said they wouldnt be able to do an ailment but theres a $55 fee which I was told on the phone there wouldnt be a fee in a case such as this.

Wray’s tracked down everything that needed repaired, quickly gave me an easy to follow estimate, I approved, they had it back to me in 2 days which was reasonable for the amount of work, and Rick, the owner, followed up a week later to insure everything working properly. I’ll definitely use them again in the future.

CHRIS LP Crooked! My elderly mom inquired about a transmission issue with her car. She set an appointment and subsequently dropped off her car. Independent research and assessments from other mechanics guesstimated the repairs to be between $1000 and $1300 in total; diagnostic test, part, and repair. She then received a quote $2200. Needless to say, she left without her car being repaired and went to another location. That location made the repairs for just under $1000. Heres the kicker. My mother wrote an honest review of Faith Automotive, capturing nothing but the facts. Faith then contacted her, asking what deal could be made to remove the review. They refunded her diagnostic charge of approximately $140.00 in exchange for removing the review to preserve their false professionalism. Shes on a very limited fixed income, so she found it a better offer. I, as her son, feel its despicable at best and deserves to be publicized. They are scam artists taking advantage of people and then covering their tracks by bargaining with people to remove the negative yet factual reviews.

Jessica Smith I can not give Faith Automotive enough praise! From talking with Victoria at the front desk to Johnathan driving and taking the time to check out my tires was an amazing blessing! I almost left with an extremely bad tire that could have blown at any given moment. He found it and got me two new tires and got them on so fast! This whole establishment is amazing!! Definitely recommend!

April Spence I took my vehicle here for a rear end collision repair. Ended up being the best decision I could have made. I noticed the new paint job instantly! The paint is flawless with no bubbles or blurry spots like I have had in the past with other body shops. Also, I sincerely appreciate Cait for having the patience to communicate on my behalf with the insurance company. She also called me several times throughout the repair to update me on the current process and what to expect in the future. Mya Davis A animal hit my car in the middle of the night they got my car in the next morning and had it fixed within a week and they kept me in the loop on everything that was needing to be done and how much it would cost I love the service there they are such nice people and easy to work with and cheap enough I was able to pay out of pocket instead of going through my insurance they even went as far as to let me know my tire was messed up and about to come off

Over 800 for a one day impound bc they were too lazy to come release a car 24 hours a day witn a one hour notice by tdlr policy... 7 hours of hourly on a rotation police call, one how is it possible, much less legal? This is a the way these guys operate.

Jim Green Relatively new to area and needed to find a good trustworthy mechanic around Marshall for my motorcycle. My bike needed some dreaded internal engine work before my upcoming road trip. I could not be more pleased with the quality of work performed at this shop. Sam is the man and has my street glide running like a champ again. He even found and fixed a couple of minor issues discovered while road testing that had went undetected by Motor Company mechanics and my old wrench. I will absolutely utilize them for my truck and bike service needs in the future. Just real good people who do real good work for real reasonable prices.

Raymond Nope Nice to find an Honest shop these days! Thank you guys!! I dont often write reviews, but decided it was the least I could do after the great help I received from the guys at East Texas Auto Air and Glass. I took my family van to another shop nearby and was told that they couldnt get the a/c to hold a charge due to leak on the compressor, and it would be $2600 to replace the front and rear air components and the compressor. My van probably isnt worth more than $5000 so that was a big deal! With summer arriving, and our 7th child on the way, I had to do something, but then decided to ask a few friends if they knew any shops around that they trusted. One highly recommended E TX auto air. I am so glad I went there for a second opinion!! They are busy, so I had to make an appointment. Dropped it off and by that afternoon got a call back. They said there were some metal shavings in one of the orifice filters so the compressor definitely had some wear, but the could not find any leaks. Changed the orifice tube/filter... recharged the system, and it has been blowing cold for over 3 months now. Just under $200 for all the diagnostics and repairs/recharge. Saved me $2400!!! Out of curiosity, I asked: "IF" I did need to have the compressor replaced and all the other work that the other shop said I would need... how much would it likely cost?? Around $1600... for the same work as another shop VERY close to them would have charged $2600. I have no affiliation with this company other than my experience from this event. I just wanted to let others know how great they are. Thank you guys!! Sincerely appreciate what you did for our family.

Kaleb Murphy They helped me and gave me a better price than every other shop I went to. Almost. $400 dollar difference mind you. Update… been 15 days now and I got my struts replaced and was worried about the alignment after. Told me they wouldn’t do it if they couldn’t. Either they did the alignment and didn’t do it right or they just didn’t do it all. Hell my car is pulling to the right more than it was before. This ain’t cool. I’d recccomend this shop to almost anyone. But I’m now skeptical on suspension work.

We got a call today saying it was ready and it drives better than ever and the price was very affordable compared to anywhere else you could go. Definitely recommend!!

Mich Col If I could give no stars I would. This man told me I needed a whole new ac system after draining all my freon and said it would cost thousands of dollars and take severla days or more when all I needed was a new washer which another shop did for free in Colorado!!! He refused to put freon back in the ac system which he said he would do. And told me it was because it would just leak right back out which wouldve taken awhile becuase it was a slow leak. He left me without ac in the middle of the summer while traveling across the country with my young child and dog. He is a terrible person and worse business man as far as Im concerned. I hope someone avoids this place and the dishonesty because of this review

deb s Wish I could give him a 100 stars. Excellent service and very knowledgeable. We were traveling down I20 in an rv pulling an enclosed trailer when we completely lost all power. We were broke down on the side of I20 in the pouring rain. Aaron was our first call and boy he was a lifesaver. He immediately wanted to know what our issue was. He came out within 20 minutes in the pouring rain with a battery to get us enough power to get us off the that very busy, very frightening freeway. Still stuck on the side of the service road Aaron removed the alternator then traveled to the auto parts store to have it tested. When it was determined we needed a new alternator he purchased it brought it back to us and installed it. We were back on the road. I would recommend him to anyone needing service. Thank you Aaron!

Johnny Neal My friend and me drove over 6 hours from missouri to fish Lake O The Pines. When we arrived our boat would not stay running more than 20 seconds. We called and talked to 5 or 6 different people and mechanics and after that we changed the water fuel separator and put new spark plugs in and it ran the same. We were about to just head back to missouri the same day that we arrived in Texas. I called one last mechanic that was Aaron’s and after a 5 min phone call he had us check something nobody else even mentioned and just like that we were up and running. He saved our fishing trip and even called back to make sure it was still running good. So I definitely recommend calling him first!
