Andrew Lynn The service team did an excellent job of returning my calls when my questions couldnt be immediately answered. They promptly made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. Even though their vacuum pump had failed and were unable to complete the service, they were very communicative and transparent during the entire process, and they still gave my vehicle a free detailing. Due to my low conductivity coolant on my Ioniq 5 needing to be flushed immediately, I did elect to have my vehicle serviced elsewhere. However, Id still like to give my praise to College Station Hyundais service team, and Id easily recommend them to anyone nearby.

Lee Drove 90 minutes for a specific color Palisade they advertised on the web. Called the night before to confirm the car was there and to make an appointment. Checked in during the drive down to confirm everything was OK. Got to the dealer and found out the car was in the bodyshop and was not available. Complete lack of transparency at the dealer or they are just incompetent. Wasted out time. Very disappointed.

Tessa Angeles I want to thank Josh Mosley, the service advisor at Nissan College Station, for his exceptional help! I recently moved to Texas with my Nissan Kicks, which I bought in Florida. Since Texas requires both front and back license plates, I needed help installing the front plate bracket. Josh assisted me right away without hesitation and went the extra mile to make sure the front plate was properly installed. I truly appreciate his professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help. Thank you so much, Josh!

LaVerne Gurley I had a minor problem with the TPMS warning light on my 2024 Altima. I talked to the service advisor, Cody told me the problem and fixed it and had it back to me sooner than he promised! Fast friendly and excellent service!!!! See Cody when you go!!

Foreman Don “DonkieII” Once again Pro Tex Auto Repair checked out another vehicle for me. They went over it checking for oil and transmission leaks. They assured me my truck was ok. It gave great confidence that I was good to go in a day trip to see family. Again Thank You, Pro-Tec

JM Taylor First time needing a repair shop in College Station for my son’s truck and I’m 3 hrs away. Pro-Tech was recommended as being trustworthy and reliable and not only were they both of those things but they were quick - new alternator and broken axle - truck was ready in less than 2 days. They were super nice on the phone answering questions and patient with questions and a life savor recommending a towing company they worked with often. The whole process was so easy and stress-free because of Pro-Tech’s professionalism and knowledge. I would definitely recommend Pro-Tech and will only ever use their service in the college station area in the future.

ABJ Chapman Services Great experience at Wolf Creek Car Center. Very quick and easy process. I was hesitant at first, because I always have my vehicle serviced at the dealership, but Kevin and his team took great care of me!

Jamie Boiles Just waited 30 minutes for an oil change. They only had 1 bay open on a Saturday. After taking forever changing the oil on one truck, the truck then broke down and they have me pull into the other bay. After sitting there for 15 minutes with my hood open, they told me they couldn’t get the computer to work and they couldn’t change my oil (despite me having cash to pay). Thanks for wasting my time and getting nothing accomplished. I will not be back. Terrible customer service.

Girish Kabbinad He is very professional, quick and on time. I had an alternator issue with my van. It was very cold 7 Fahrenheit. He came and install new alternator and all my van issues(Dashboard lights were showing up) vanished and start running before. Also forgot to mention that he is very reasonable too!! I think many doesn’t know him online. He is the man you should take help for any car mechanical issues!!

Oscar Escobar Pulled in for oil change. It wasnt busy at the time but several cars pulled in behind me. I was out in 10-12 minutes. The gentleman were friendly and fast. Nice and clean waiting area. First time visit but not the last.

Joseph Bluestein Do no go here. Went for an oil change, they were very fast, but didnt ask what oil/services I wanted done before doing it. I was charged over $80 for their "premium service" oil change which was not requested. They insisted I needed a new cabin air filter. Checklist says they checked over many parts of the car, however, I know they did not because the wiper blades are 4 years old and falling apart, however they thought the wipers were perfect condition apparently.

Bronius Motekaitis You dont come here for the charm and warm fuzzies. If youve got an issue to resolve with your vehicle and want to pay parts and labor and go, this is the place. They even quote and charge below quote if thats what it comes to. Be sure to call ahead to make an appointment, or you may be without a car for a few days. Ive been taking my family fleet to BVA for years.

Danae Prehn My good ole 2007 Toyota Highlander wouldn’t start. I was able to get it towed to Brazos Valley Automotive and Bobby quickly diagnosed it with a bad starter and took care of it for a reasonable cost. He also let me know of another smaller problem he noticed and said he could take care of it and quoted me a price for it, but said it should be a pretty straightforward fix if I wanted to do it myself. He even showed me what exactly he was talking about when I picked up my car. Happy to have found this place and I will def be using them for all my mechanic needs in the future!

Marcelo Garcia This shop doesn’t meet the basic standards of a proper auto repair facility. They don’t even have a car lift—just use a jack when needed—so you won’t be able to see what they’re doing or verify any work undercar . For many services, like fluid changes, the car needs to be lifted evenly to do the job right. The ground is unpaved and muddy, and my car ended up filthy just from being there. It might seem cheap, but it’s not worth the risk. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere more professional.
