1 /5 pickle mx: Good friendly environment and great people best place to get some change every now and then Stay for the raffles just look for the signs and there’s snacks n drinks for playing Enjoy (4 year update… i got kicked out for taking a box of cigarettes by accident yes which i shouldn’t have n i wanted to remedy the situation by apologizing to the person but the bald guy named “chris” who at one point yelled at me n threw racial slurs [normal bald guy attitude] while i was resting on a curb for a short while was not having it… please come here when it’s very late into the night so you can avoid him)

5 /5 Tina Manor: This place is AMAZING! To all the people who rate it lower because of the “ poor customer service” you are bullshiting. These people all work hard to make the environment comfortable and safe and I absolutely love coming here. You can’t complain about how the people are when you are going against rules and getting banned!! Trust me it’s not as easy as all these people say. They are very communicative and give you many warnings in a very respectful manner. For you to say they are attacking you is just untrue. If you think you are above everyone else then the place is already not for you!! Don’t be the reason that others don’t want to go. If you want to go somewhere with welcoming people , clean environment , snacks and beverages while you play this place is definitely for you!

5 /5 Claudiakaraoke Olivas: Very Clean, staff is very friendly, they are always wiping, sanitizing computers and pretty much everything we touch, free drinks & snacks , and great jackpots, played keno at 64 cents, hit 9 numbers out of 10, multiplied by 4 with poweball... I won 1, 280!!!!!!! Betting. 64 cents!

3 /5 Elia Moreno: This place is not customer friendly!! I liked going to play the American machine only because they used to have them at Speaking Rock. I was ban for a month from their establishment ..because unintentionally I forgot to exit the machine that I was playing., when I went to put money on my card. Their system gave me an error message, when I returned to play. So when I went to the front desk to ask for help apparently the employees think the customer is doing it on purpose, and they were not very happy or friendly about helping me fix the problem. Instead they gave me a warning about the issue. Then a couple of days later when I return to play and I was told that I was ban for a month ...they should of told me I was ban the day of the incident. I find it so RIDICULOUS !! Instead of helping the people or their customer with an issue ...they ban you from their establishment. Its not like we dont have any other places to go play or gamble...Besides I would only go there because I would meet up with friends!! The rules they have are pretty STUPID and RIDICULOUS. I dont not plan on going back. I can spend my money at Speaking Rock you have a better chance of winning BIG Jackpots ANYWAY!!
