M B Very incompetent! Their only ECG machine wasnt working when I thought my husband was having a heart attack. And they gave my 15 mth old granddaughter a steroid shot for her flu symptoms! Shes very sick now!!

Megan Kennison I had to go to this ER today for a migraine headache. Although they were completely full when I arrived, I waited no more than three minutes in the lobby. I am deathly afraid of needles and they worked with me. I can’t even tell where they poked me with the IV. They were completely patient with my anxiety. They walked me through step by step and never got frustrated with me. They even had me laughing when they took the IV tape off my arm. Migraine headaches are a process and take time to get completely rid of, and I understand that. I will go here again in the future if I ever need anything that is emergent. 5 stars is not enough. Shout out to the two nurses and Dr. who worked from 10Am to 2:30pm on 12/29/24! Y’all are amazing!!! UPDATE: I had the IV yesterday morning. Y’all want to see FLAWLESS-after results of having an IV at Concho Valley ER? Picture is attached. They didn’t blow out the vein, you can barely even tell I had an IV at all.

John Pierce Dr Burkes is totally amazing. She is the kindest and sweetest person you will ever meet. She never rushes you. She is one of the smartest and most knowledgeable doctors I have ever been to. I feel so blessed to have her as my primary care doctor. God Bless this amazing woman. John Pierce

Debbie Miller I had a large kidney stone. They were going to do the Shockwave procedure . The medical team at Shannon are exceptional they do everything they can to make you comfortable and take care of you. They made sure to explain everything to me before they did it. I would highly recommend Shannon Hospital and Dr Bradley and his Urology team. They are excellent!

From taking my young daughter when she broke her arm, or when she had a bad case of the flu, or when my husband’s blood pressure was extremely low due to several medical conditions we later found out about, or when my uncle had cut himself badly when working with some power tools, or when I couldn’t figure out why I was having such horrible pain in my abdomen they were able to pinpoint that I had a cyst and referred me to a doctor. Friendly and efficient are just a few words of many I could use to describe the folks who work at this hospital. The doctors along with the nurses have always taken the time to address all my questions and concerns, giving me great confidence in their abilities as well as their knowledge. The staff is attentive and helpful. I leave there feeling good about the services we received. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering dedication and compassion. L Stuart I’m pretty sure they botched my surgery. I still don’t know if I needed surgery in the first place. The surgery I had should have been routine. I had to go back in about 3 or 4 days later for an emergency surgery. One of the original surgeons never introduced himself to me and I was encouraged to not keep my follow up appointment with him since I was now under the care of the surgeon who fixed me. It’s been 2 years now and I still cant help but think I was lied to.

Sheri Stiles 90% of anyone working at this place can not perform the task. Whether it be make an appointment, get a medical boot, get a referral, figure out what is wrong, or remote items from a surgery from your body. This list could go on. Do the proper blood work after pneumonia! I could add some initials behind my name and do better than most at this facility. Patients are just a number here. Run!!! Drive miles away to get care.
