D S I called in the morning about 10:30 set up an appointment for my 3 boys. The guys penciled in my boys to be seen at 5pm and when I arrived they were prompt to attending us. The boys were split up between 2 barbers who did an awesome job on the boys haircuts! I was one pleased mama! Even the boys asked to go back again for their next haircuts. Petronila does a good job of asking what a client wants and tries to deliver just that. She also gives reccomendations of how to keep hair healthy and will break down a process to more than one sitting if needed to not damage hair. A friendly atmosphere!

She has several years of experience and always tries my new ideas for my hair. Eyebrow waxing is done quickly and I feel so much more clean and refreshed when its done and she cleans up the extra hair.

Tara Miller Let me give an in depth explanation for this rating. This rating is on behalf of two women who did an amazing job. First I will state that I went in previously and had a HORRIBLE color done on my hair. It was blotchy, uneven, brassy, and just all around a HOT mess. I put my beautiful hair in what I believed were trusting hands, and I was completely let down. If I were at least offered my refund, this wouldnt be posted, but because I wasnt offered my refund from the person who did my hair, I was completely rubbed the wrong way, especially after informing them of how important my hair was to me, being that I am mixed and have a different hair texture. Thank the Lord for the two fantastic ladies who took the time to correct that damage that was done two days prior. Jan and Kelly were very professional, friendly, and though I am a quiet client, I felt very comfortable. They made the experience 210x better than the one I had two days prior to today. I will post a few pictures of the job done before and the amazing job done after. Jan did the color and Kelly assisted with the washing, and drying, things of that sort. I will not, out of respect (because I do believe in letting people make it) give the name of the first person. You will see a huge difference between the before and after photos. Though my curls have fallen out, you can obviously see the difference between the pictures of me in the red t-shirt... to the after pictures of me in the. Burnt orange long sleeve.

I have a hard time trusting people with my hair and Jan was welcoming, comforting, and did an overall excellent job! I like the fact that it looks so natural for me and the color was what I wanted! Victoria Väistö The times I’ve gone I preferred Jan to cut my hair but she was booked so I had another girl do it didn’t get her name all I asked for was a trim and for my hair to be parted down the middle with long length bangs that start from the bottom of my chin to reach to the length of my hair and showed her a picture she literally chopped blocked my hair and charged me $30 for really only doing that when I asked for a trim I said an inche exactly she did it like half an inch really didn’t cut anything off but my bangs I cried after my hair finally is growing back and she didn’t care to have a conversation with me but talk to everyone else who worked their and constantly answering her phone idk I wouldn’t go back their again I always had Alicia from (rodeo drive) do my hair she knew exactly how I wanted it and I always had a better experience with her, too bad she doesn’t do hair anymore. I just think honestly this salon is over hyped Jan does know what she’s doing especially when it comes to hair color but as for her workers not so much and even for the most simplest things.

Rosemarie Knipe If I could give 0 stars I would! The stylist Tiffany was very unprofessional and rude. Came in to give our daughter a undercut bob and she did a terrible job. Left long strands and cut it like she didnt care how it turned out. Also told us that we shouldnt give her that hairstyle when it was our daughters choice. Also critisized my hair color because it wasnt "professional" and snapping at our son when he got off one of the waiting chairs. She is the reason we will never go back here again!

Luke Sherman I went in for a basic hair cut (number 6 all over). The hair cut took 5 minutes, was the improper length, and had countless spots that were missed. I had to cut it down myself to fix it. The service wasn’t worth five dollars, much less the 17.50 it cost me (not including tip). I will never be back, and will never recommend it to anyone.

Angela Morales My husband and our son went in on 10/30 to get haircuts for a wedding we were a part of the next day. My husband asked for a high skin fade w/right part for our son and his normal cut since this place has done us good for two years hes in the system already. The lady that cut our sons hair told my husband that she knew what she was doing and could perform the cut on our son..shes lucky I didnt go and stayed home with our daughter because I dont know her name and my husband was getting his hair cut at the exact same time so he didnt get her name. She ruined that business for us and I dont ever want to take our son back. Now I have to pay someone else to fix her horrible mistake. It looks horrible and nothing like what the cut is supposed to look like.

Alex M He gave me exactly what I wanted, though I imagined myself with a lighter haircolor. HOWEVER he was willing to fix that for free! Sadly I had something come up but Ill for sure stop by again!
