Dr. Dudhbhai performed surgery on my mother, and she put all her efforts to make it successful and it was! Highly recommend Dr. Dudhbhai!

This is my second review for Dr. Dudhbhai first of all I thank to Allah that I found doctor Dudhbhai as my gynecologist. A class act doctor and staff!! Her bedside manner is awesome. She has a caring spirit for ALL! I had a meticulous issue going on and she handled it with pristine professionalism. I ask where was she when I have my surgery - really needed her expertise. If you are searching for a wonderful knowledgeable gynecologist no matter your age - go see her she will not disappoint. Dr Dudhbhai is extremely professional, compassionate, and competent. she really listened to me and answered all my questions. Most importantly, she implemented a treatment plan that eased my biggest fears and addressed my issue. Her office staff are super nice and Ive never had difficulty scheduling an appointment. The waiting area is serene and comfortable, not that Ive ever waited more than a few minutes after arriving before being taken to the back. If you are seeking a doctor who genuinely cares, respects your time, and is abreast of current research and medical practices, then look no further!

Kaitlyn Attaway It took them five days to NOT send a fax so that my spouse could be seen by a specialist. I had to physically go to the office and get the paperwork from them. Torrence said "if thats what you feel you need to do" as if I had any other choice due to their incompetence. This referral doesnt even have the body part on it. Astounding, I dont know what else to say.

carolyn posey Dr. Pamela Cruz was my doctor for 10 years. She was very thorough by explaining details. Dr. Cruz was thoughtful about my future health, referring me to other excellent doctors as needed. I trusted her immensely and I was never disappointed. My health improved in her care. I moved away and still miss her 10 years later.

A James Went for a procedure, was told the “check in” process would be an hour or so. I was checked in sorted scanned hooked up plugged in and signed off on rolling into the procedure room in less than 30 minutes. A swarm of very friendly nurses and support staff, they double and triple checked everything to ensure my safety. The doctors themselves even came by and asked questions and verified everything before we got going… and then before you knew it was out and back up and everything was done quickly and efficiently. All pre- and post- care directions were thoroughly explained. They followed up the next day to make sure I was still doing fine. Overall one of the better medical experiences I’ve had - nothing like waiting in an ER for hours or a doctors office that over scheduled and has you there five hours before they will actually see you.

Theresa Parker Dr Mayes and the Texas Sugery Center staff were great. From the front desk representative to all the nurses, thank you, you made us feel at ease and told us what to expect great service.

Timothy Malmer I have been seeing Dr Koppel as my primary physician for the past three years. He has been the best. I cant express enough how great it is to have a doctor who takes an active role in my health. He has inspired me to live the healthiest lifestyle possible and he takes the time to address my needs. I never feel rushed and I am comfortable talking to him about any concerns. I trust his judgement fully. His office staff are always on the ball and I never wait long. Appointments are easily scheduled and always on time. Thank you Dr. Koppel and staff.

Cheryl Campbell Doctor Koppell is a good doctor. Will not say the about front desk, Lawrence. He loves to argue with the patients. We were told that Medicaid changed and NOW there is a copay. 20% of $240 deductible that Medicaid imposed. Guess what? We have never paid a penny to see Dr. Koppell or Dr. Tong when she was there. So now we have a new doctor. Will never go back. Talk to insurance, low and behold THERE IS NO COPAY. MEDICARE AND MEDICAID PAYS ALL BILLS. But Lawrence SAYS we pay or we will not see doctor. Bye Bye

Mary Tran This is the worst medical place I experience. They dont have MD, they only have PA that see patients, but didnt advise patients that there is no MD available. As patients we have the rights to request who we want to see for our problems. I also just got the bill from them, which they supposed to bill to my health insurance. I call them about the bill, they give me some kind of billing number I call they have no idea whats going on or cant pull up the files. This is very unprofessional. Very disappointed and not trust worthy.

Cyndi Craig I had switched to the Bedford location after Richard left the practice. I had an appointment today and had the most amazing experience! The front staff was so friendly and helpful and Flo was just the best.

Mike Calandra Im here with a friend helping with a ride. Yesterday we went to get the MRI and the paperwork sent from here was not sent with the correct orders. Someone at this facility made a big mistake. Upon arriving today the front desk people seem very full of themselves and dont care for their patients. I will never come back or recommend this place.

I want to highlight the excellent service I received from Lilly! Lilly has literally been helping me since Sunday 12/8. Helping me get my medical records to a knee surgeon. It’s been a difficult road with wrong fax #’s, me not being able to walk etc. I’ve been in severe pain & everyone I reached out to Lilly she did everything she could to help me. Torrey Green If u wanna die, come here. It’s the most unprofessional doctor’s office you will ever encounter. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t respond to voicemails. They don’t value your time. The front door is locked with the receptionist looking at you from her desk 90% of the time. It’s a complete clown show! It should be shut down forever and not thought of again. Negative 0 Stars!!! Don’t waste your time and money! I wanna keep ranting but y’all get the picture!

Matthew Campbell Don’t waste your time with this place! My wife and I made an appointment for our son online. When we showed up for our scheduled appointment time, the door was locked. So I called the number listed on the door. Spoke to a nice lady, who informed me that they don’t get online booking till several days after… keep in mind we made this appointment two days ago. Basically, she explained to me that their online booking system does not work and they did not have a physician in office today, and that I was welcome to come tomorrow. (The name is “Today Clinic”) don’t think so! Don’t waste your time with this place!!

Andrea Bennington I have been a patient of Medical-Surgical Clinic since just after I was born at Flow Memorial Hospital in Denton in November 1965, so you could definitely say that I believe the doctors and nurses here are the best. Dr. Beste is a terrific GP. He takes the time to TRULY listen to what you have to say AND the time to explain your diagnosis. I have never felt hurried at my appointment with him and he always asks if I have any questions. Expect a wait at times, because he does not rush his patients in and out. Dr. Beste is thorough at writing up your medical info while talking with you and has at times referred to his notes in my file to remind me about something we had spoken about previously. I am thankful for his knowledgeable care and his awesome, funny personality, too. I have seen Dr. Beste for everything from my yearly health physical, PAP exam, sinus infections, a broken arm, inner ear infection, wart removal, Flu Shot, Tetanus Shot, diagnosing contact dermatitis, chronic asthma, Tick bite, draining an abcess and to my most recent diagnosis of HBP. He has handled everything medical for me except pregnancy and childbirth and I hope I never have to see anyone else. I hope Dr. Beste never decides to retire! ; )

D Dr. Disraeli is awesome. He rates 10 stars. This review is not about him. It is about Baylor. I called today (a Friday) to schedule an appointment, which took less than 2 minutes in the past. Today, and also the last time I scheduled, it took well-over 20 minutes. Just to schedule an appointment? The scheduler asked about my issue, symptoms, and pain level. When told, she put me on hold, then came back explaining that I must speak to a nurse. I told her that I dont want to speak to a nurse because last time, the nurse (who sounded like she was 16 years old and babysits on the weekends), just wasted my time by asking questions that were unrelated to my issue. Questions like, do I have thoughts of suicide or self-harm? Am I able to care for myself? Do I have adequate food? The questions were obviously being read from a prepared script and were an annoying waste of time. Jeeze! I just called for a normal appointment with Dr. Disraeli. Second time on hold today, 7 minutes and 19 seconds. Afterward, the scheduler said Baylor requires her to have a nurse call me back because of my pain level, which I reported as 6 or 7 on a scale from 1 to 10. The scheduler never once asked me when I would like to come in, nor did I ask for an immediate appointment. Back on hold again for several minutes. When she retuned, she apologized that there were no appointments available today. I replied that I never asked for an appointment today and that any day in the next 2 weeks would be fine. When I pointed out that she never asked when I would like an appointment, she became irritated and explained that she was following her assigned Baylor protocol. Bam! back on hold again, When she again returned, she said Dr. Disraeli does not have an appointment available during the next 2 weeks but immediately said this Monday at 8 AM was available. What? I still dont understand that one. Nothing is available but Monday is available? So, as I said earlier, Dr. Disraeli is amazing, but the Baylor corporate cash-cow has streamlined their customer service and concern for patients into a model of ridiculous inefficiency. Maybe its time that Baylor and I part ways.

Alyson Law I have been a patient of Dr. Disraeli for the past 10 years. His office and staff are always professional, and it is a very friendly low stress environment. He is very thorough and is quick to provide results in the portal. I drive 30 minutes to come here. It’s worth it for a great doctor and team. I highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a clinic that’ll give you an unforgettable experience (and by unforgettable, I mean the kind that’ll make you question your life choices), this is the place! A band of highly unprofessional masterminds run this show, and their customer service skills are truly groundbreaking—if “groundbreaking” means not knowing a thing about how to actually serve a customer. Their superpower? Depleting your bank account faster than you can say “fraud.” You see, they’re not just any ordinary clinic. No, no. They’ve perfected the art of billing your insurance for services you never knew you needed (or, you know, actually didn’t need). Tests? Oh, they’ve got tests—irrelevant, unnecessary tests galore! All cleverly disguised as part of your “routine check-up.” Genius, right? But the real kicker? If you dare to question their money-making tests, they hit you with the classic line: “Oh, it’s your first visit, you have to do these tests!” Silly me, I thought I was just there for an annual check-up, but apparently, I signed up for the full scam experience. Fast forward to when the bills start rolling in, from the clinic, from the lab—oh, and twice for the same visit because why not? And when the insurance company rightfully says, “Uh, no thanks,” guess who gets to foot the bill? That’s right, me! And when you call to discuss this, you get the pleasure of speaking to a robot that repeats scripted lines like they’re auditioning for a B-movie. Fantastic. I could go on for days, but I think you get the point. Unless you enjoy being scammed, overcharged, and talked to like you’re in a customer service purgatory, do yourself a favor and steer clear. Consider this your warning: STAY AWAY! doctor Jalil Khan may be good as I don’t know much about him as it was my first visit.. but his clinic made the first visit a last visit and a bitter experience I would always remember..

Kelsi Phillips I’ve visited a few times now and I’ve always been pleased with the experience. Dr. Desai is very kind and knowledgeable. All of the nurses are spectacular and understanding. They make you feel comfortable. The ladies at the front desk are super personable and definitely make the experience even smoother. I love getting to see everyone when I go in. It makes the trip that much more enjoyable. Very good vibes. Everyone is so kind.

From the beginning to the end, Dr. Dudhbhai was very professional and knowledgeable. She was very patient in explaining the procedure and answered all the questions. Her extensive experience had positively shown in all her answers. The procedure went well and successfully. Dr. Dudhbhai did a great job for my wife and we highly recommend her.

Paula Cho The experience was great, from the time you check in to the time that I left, I felt that I was cared for and seen at a timely manner. Dr. Yoo is very intelligent and very informative without using confusing language and I felt that he was very thorough in his assessment and gave me information about possible side effects of the medication he was prescribing and how to minimize them by either taking it with food or the time of day I would feel less of the possible side effects. Even at the reception desk they made sure which pharmacy to send the medication to for my convenience including the amount of refills available and when to follow up. Highly recommended

Omaima Flint Had my baby boy here. The nurses were amazing. They were all so kind and accommodating. The doctor and nurses who delivered my baby were excellent. My little one did get stuck for a short time on the way out but the delivering doctor and nurses worked so quickly to make sure my son was safely delivered and in my arms. It was a really good experience.

Arianna Lyles I was seen yesterday and Candace she did a great job on my pelvic ultrasound. I was pregnant twice and never had a great experience with them being done I always felt uncomfortable but she made me feel safe and at my choice in what I wanted to do. She is respectful of your wishes and your body your choice. My nurse also was a great help and was respectful and she was understanding of my pain.

Miranda L I cannot emphasis enough how unprofessional and disorganized Pri-Med Care is. My experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing and quite honestly disrespectful. I had called to verify that my insurance was to be taken, as Dr. Chandra was listed as in-network and selected as my PCP. I was reassured that everything was in their system and I had scheduled an appointment. After my 2 hour drive I arrived, and it wasn’t until they had me fill out paperwork that they told me that they would not take my insurance and I would have to pay out-of-pocket for my appointment. I am unsure why they did not clarify this with me when I called to verify a week prior or even before having me fill out paperwork. Also not sure why they still have themselves listed as in-network when they refuse to take the insurance. I truly hope that their intentions were not to make more money off of an out-of-pocket charge for service on my immediate need to be evaluated for an injury. It ended up being a complete waste of my time and caused much frustration. I highly recommend not wasting your time and finding a different provider, as this business lacks communication, respect, and care for their patients.

Nick Pappas I’ve been a patient at Pri-Med Care for years, and it’s always been a fantastic experience. Both Dr. Khan and Dr. Chandra are incredible physicians who truly care about their patients. They’re attentive, knowledgeable, and always take the time to explain things thoroughly. The clinic runs efficiently, and I rarely have to wait long for my appointments. The staff is professional, friendly, and makes scheduling or following up super easy. On top of that, their services are very affordable, which is a huge plus. If you’re looking for a reliable and compassionate medical team, Pri-Med Care is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Julie Andrews You will not find a better doctor than Dr. Beste! He has the BEST bedside manner and a wonderful personality. He listens and I’ve never had a feeling of being rushed. Thank you to the staff who is always so kind as well.

Sarah Zoppoth Dr.Beste has been my primary doctor for over 12 years. He listens to what my concerns are and has the best bed side manner! He takes the time to tell me what’s going on with my body and how we can tackle it to beat whatever it may be. I wouldn’t go anywhere else when it comes to my health. I truly think he is the best doctor hands down! The wait time is longer than some but his level of knowledge and the friendly front desk ladies especially Joanna make it all worth it.

Shaun Lush The employees who work here do not care, most of them act agitated/annoyed and it is extremely difficult to get appointments made and get medication. I have run out of my medication twice already because the phones send me straight to voicemail and they do not check or do call backs. I only just switch to the Lewisville location but I am going back to Denton Mhmr because the people in Denton actually care about their patients.

Militza arenas Horrible experience. The first time I came here every thing was great. A few years down the road and everything went down hill. Since enrolling again around May Ive only seen my Dr once. They scheduled an appointment and confirm the date. Came for the appointment and they had changed it t to the previous day without informing me so I missed it and now the Dr cant see me until next month but I wont be able to refills on my medication without seeing the Dr so Im screwed. Definitely stay away from this place.
