Overall, he seemed very pragmatic and thorough. I am very grateful for his help, because he successfully identified my problem after several other doctors could not. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

Ashley Hooper I’ve had it with this place. I’ve given them multiple chances, overlooking things that would annoy anyone, but I can’t anymore. The lack of communication is unacceptable—emails, phone calls, even messages through the pharmacy go unanswered. They repeatedly require me to come in for the same updates, charging $200 each time. Each visit involves long wait times, understaffed teams, and unprofessional behavior from the staff, including the doctor. Their judgmental attitudes and expressions make it clear they’re not interested in making patients feel understood. Instead, they make you feel judged and looked down upon, which is the last thing anyone needs in a medical setting. After countless attempts to reach out, I finally heard back, only to be told they wouldn’t refill my prescription without another $200 visit. This is for a medication that costs less than $20 for a 3-month supply—but when you factor in the cost of these unnecessary visits, it quickly adds up. Now, I’m left to suffer through withdrawals due to their delays because I refuse to pay them another penny. This place is clearly more interested in money than in patient care. It’s baffling how they have such high ratings. Fool me once, fool me twice—never again.

SappyKromWife I wouldn’t recommend this place, i went with it because of the name and the good reviews but shes just like any other doctor ordering unnecessary EXPENSIVE tests and not listening to the patient . We the patients know what we can and can’t afford what our insurance covers and what they dont. I went in with feminine problems and she told me what test she was gonna order i told her a few of those were unnecessary because im Married and she said women can be trusted men cant… i understand in this day and age that is what the world is like but my husband and i love the Lord and im telling you i dont need those tests nor can we afford them so dont order them. She orders them anyways. I wanted to like this place so bad but if the doctor can’t respect what im telling her then this aint the place for me.

Adrian Arroyo Everyone here is so gentle and very caring. Its hard to feel comfortable in places like this but the staff here is very friendly and knows their stuff. Alexis was my tech in the room and she made sure I had everything I needed. Definitely recommend getting care here.

Eutimia Valdez I ordered compression leggings through them, since they only had 1 in my size in store. I contacted them after a week, because i didn’t receive them through mail. I called and the employee informed me that the package said delivered. I told them i would look again, but nothing had been delivered to my door or box. The employee said that he would call their distributor and call me back, i never received a call back. I called back the next day and the employee told me that the distributor said that i would have to file with the post office. Every time i would call i could hear the owner talking in the back ground and he was not willing to help me. I was desperate for these leggings, as i needed them and ordered another two pairs and asked for them to be delivered/shipped to their store and i would pick up from there, and again i could hear the owner in the background saying “it’s the same thing”. They were less than helpful and i am out a pair of $45 leggings and stuck dealing with usps myself. Poor customer service and a less than helpful owner. Very disappointed.

Even when I found out they were not in-network with my insurance, they were quick to let me know pricing and offered me the opportunity to deny any additional services I did not want to pay for. They explained everything in detail and answer all my questions. At the end, I paid out of pocket because of their honesty and great care. Would definitely recommend to anyone out there looking for urgent services.

JENNIFER BARTLETT Both the front desk and nurse who input our information in and did vitals were extremely nice,the lady that did our swabs was as well. The doctor was nice and answered our questions. We got seen quickly and didnt have to wait for more than 2 minutes in between swabs and doctor coming in. Highly recommend.

Brent Oden Very bad experience with her! The first time I saw her was in 2020 and everything went ok. But today she very rude and didnt like someone questioning her rudeness and tone. She asked me to find another Dr. and I told her I would gladly find someone else. She was very full of herself today and very judgmental! BEWARE!!!!!!!!

She took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions and go over my results thoroughly one on one. Over all the office has great front desk staff who will happily greet you and make you feel welcomed. I especially liked that I was called into my appointment in a timely manner without having to wait a ridiculous amount of time in the waiting room.
