Up front I would like to say, Jay and Carol handled my case in such a respectful, responsive, professional, sincere and sensitive manor. Even my first phone call with Jay, reflected his true concern for both my son and myself. It definitely felt more like a relationship rather than someone hired for a service. The sense of a great team effort made the awful subject turn toward a more positive vibe. Jay was wholeheartedly committed to doing his very best toward my cause.
