Jeff Rogers Smith represented me in 1974 after I been arrested for possession of 4 ounces of Marijuana. I had a co defendant who claimed the pot was his. I was acquitted of the charge after a 4 day trial. As far as I know I was the first person in Hunt County to beat a pot charge. Im forever thankful to Mr Gilley because had i been found guilty of this charge I faced 10 years in prison. Luckily it took me only 12 months to pay off my legal bill and then I moved back to my home state of Kentucky. My co defendant never went to trial in spite of his confession to the police. A J Steer clear of Jason Duff, he took me for over 3500 on a guardianship for my mother. Didnt hear from this guy in months, refused to respond via message portal and his paralegal does what....goes in circles with clients. He is a glorified scam artist STAY AWAY DO NOT FALL FOR THIS GUYS BS. He stated he dropped everything for the case I brought him..lol yea bud great thing to say to ur clients...shortlived clients Editing: I find it VERY odd that he doesnt have more reviews because its highly unlikely Im the only person he has done this to...strange I tell you. The whole office acts like they dont know anything or its the opposite of whats happening. Its the art of confusion.
