1 /5 Shiva Kumar: I had a very disappointing experience with Scott, Ray, Pemberton & Goll, PLLC. I initially contacted Aarya Chipalkatti from the firm on May 21st to schedule a consultation as a MetLife customer. Two appointments were set—one for May 28th and another for June 13th, 2025.
However, I was never informed ahead of time that the firm no longer supports MetLife customers. After taking the time to schedule and prepare for these meetings, I was ultimately denied the opportunity to speak with an attorney. When I asked why this important detail wasn’t communicated earlier, the lady on the call responded dismissively and without courtesy. Most shockingly, when I mentioned leaving a review, I was told, “They don’t care for Google reviews.”
This lack of transparency, professionalism, and respect for a potential client’s time and concerns is extremely disappointing. I hope the firm reconsiders how it communicates with people seeking legal support.
