2 /5 Gleimy Rodriguez: First, I will say my fiancé had a great experience with his purchase at this store, and everyone is really nice when you’re there. However, we had a terrible experience with service after that. If it was for my experience alone, this would be 1 star.
I needed my ring resized and after FOUR visits, we got no where.
-1st visit: jeweler was on vacation. Ok no problem. Was told when to come back.
-2nd visit: showed up the day they said to come back, jeweler had “went home for the day”. I requested an appointment for the next time.
-3rd visit: came back with an appointment. Spoke to the jeweler in person and came up with a plan for my ring. He was very nice and offered us the chance to come back on his less busy day so that he can resize my ring and I take it home on the same day (as opposed to leaving my ring for multiple days).
4th visit: came back when we agreed. Jeweler was out sick.
I’m not upset that the jeweler was on vacation or was out sick. He deserves to have time off. However, it is completely unprofessional and a waste of my time to not even receive a call from anyone letting me know that it’s no longer a good time to come in.
I wanted the chance to speak to a manager prior to writing my review. I asked for a manager on two different days and was told two different things on when they’d be there- they weren’t available either time. My email request to speak to a manager was never answered.
Although my fiancé had a positive experience while making his purchase, we will not be returning here for the next sale nor do I want to try to get service here.
On the other hand, the Houston location was extremely attentive when I made my first call to them and our first visit there was completely different (in a good way).
