1 /5 Ci Lewis: I’ve always loved my experience with James Avery, however this location has left a HORRIBLE taste in my mouth and I will NOT be returning.
On 12/21, my boyfriend dropped my bracelet off to be serviced(my clasp had broken), he was told it will be ready for pick up the next day. I went to go pick my bracelet up on 12/22, and noticed that there was a gap in my bracelet & that i was missing a charm, i knew for a fact i had no spaces left on my bracelet(images will be attached).
I asked the lady who was assisting me what happened and why was there a gap in my bracelet, she asked another lady, I’m assuming a lead or manager, who told me that “they didn’t know what happened” & “all that was done was a clasp replacement”. I explained to her that i was aware of that & that wasn’t the issue. The issue was i was missing a charm. She refused to look into anything or ask who serviced my bracelet if something may have happened or anything, because i know for a fact that i was not missing any charms on my bracelet, but tried to make me feel like as if i did not know what was on MY bracelet! I am missing a very noticeable elephant charm! This location will NOT be getting my business ever again. I’ve had my bracelet for 10 years now & not once have i ever had a issue with anything when it came to my bracelet being serviced by the other location.
