Laura Lamb Recess has an awesome environment and is easily one of the best gyms in Dallas. They are always upgrading the equipment and amenities to give members the best experience possible. The interior is beautiful and creates an atmosphere that makes every workout something to look forward to. The staff is friendly and genuinely cares about the members. It’s the perfect place to work on yourself and surround yourself with people with the same mindset!

Caroline Atwell Hands down the best workout in Dallas! Almost 200 classes in the Pit and I couldn’t imagine working out anywhere else. Every workout is unique and tailored to different muscle groups, and Chris never stops bringing the energy to class!!

Morganne Stewart Trophy Fitness Uptown is hands-down the best gym I’ve ever been to, and working with Kaitlin Manning has been a total game-changer. I came in wanting to feel fitter, and she somehow managed to make me not only stronger but also actually enjoy working out (a true miracle). Kaitlin has this perfect balance of tough(but nice)-love and encouragement—she’ll push you to do that extra rep while also making you laugh through the pain. I’ve never had a trainer who makes me feel so confident and motivated. The workouts are never boring, and I always leave feeling like a stronger, better version of myself (and sometimes very sore, but in the good way). The gym itself is welcoming, and has all the equipment you could need, but Kaitlin is the real MVP. If you want to feel fit, have fun, and maybe even discover muscles you didn’t know existed, go see her at Trophy Fitness Uptown.

Christian sanchez Hidden Gym in North Dallas has been such a blessing for me and my son. The atmosphere is motivating, but also feels like family. It’s more than just a place to work out—it’s a community where people support each other inside and outside the gym. The staff is welcoming, the space is always clean, and the energy keeps you coming back. I’m proud to be a part of this gym and love seeing how it continues to grow. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive environment to train and connect

Dill R I joined this gym a week ago. Initially, I was apprehensive because of the google reviews but decided to give it a try after a friend referred me. This gym and community have been great and live up to the Equinox standards. Not sure where the negativity is coming from. The staff are wonderful and committed to making the experience top notch!

Villarreal Herrera I can’t say enough great things about Club Burn! The atmosphere is always positive and motivating, and the results speak for themselves. The owner really sets the tone- she is passionate, knowledgeable and genuinely care about every member’s progress. You can tell that they put their heart into creating a space where everyone feels supported and challenged in the best way. I encourage everyone on a fitness journey to come and try it!

westley see i dont care what yall say if this place is a 3.8 average this is still a 5 star lfetime for me it so spacious and not a lot of kids hogging the court and plenty empty on the weeekends!!! did i mention they recently renovated the basketball courts too? just a belt squat rack away from home run
