Jon Hernandez Love this location! The staff is always friendly. Kelly is the manager and doing great running this gym! Equipment works and if it’s broken they are on it to get fixed. And may I add this location is always cleaner than other locations. Always have cleaning staff cleaning. Enjoy this gym. I’m excited for all the updates coming soon!

Trevor Hartley I’m sort of new to Barry’s (~50 classes) and have taken classed in Charlotte/New York/Austin and Kelsey is the best instructor I’ve had so far. Music, fire. Warm ups, dynamic. Programming, on point. Can’t recommend her enough. Just needs more classes/week!

Fit Over 40 Dallas – Private Personal Training Studio for Men & Women 40+

Lindsay Jensen I just turned 40 and a couple of girlfriends have told me about Chris and his Fit over 40 studio in Carrollton. I do weekly 30 min workouts with him and I’ve really started to see a difference in the way I look, feel and my energy levels are through the roof! He’s such a pleasure to work with and very affordable! Highly recommend Chris!

LA Fitness

Medved in USA Came back to this gym and it honestly feels like home. The pool, the sauna, the jacuzzi, all the equipment — everything is here. I went on a Sunday and it was almost empty, super quiet. Really enjoying it, the perfect place to train and relax.

PITFIT Workout

Caroline Atwell Hands down the best workout in Dallas! Almost 200 classes in the Pit and I couldn’t imagine working out anywhere else. Every workout is unique and tailored to different muscle groups, and Chris never stops bringing the energy to class!!

Gray Fit Training & Recovery

Catrina Licudine Coach Robyn was awesome to offer our ruck march participants a complementary recovery sessions! It was our first time trying leg compression and red light theraphy and I feel brand new! Will be looking forward to booking a massage theraphy session with them. Need to add emphasis to recover as much as I train!

Oscar Jekiel Top-notch! The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, they have everything you need, from high-quality machines (Arsenal / Rogue) to free weights, heavy kettlebells (my favorite up to 123lbs KB’s) and functional training areas. Brian and Kelly have put together an amazing staff and trainers who are knowledgeable, approachable, and always ready to help. If you’re looking for a gym that combines great equipment, expert guidance, and an encouraging community, Paradigm Highland Park is your place! Highly recommend!

Lift House Fitness

Laurie B Highly recommend! I love the classes, the space, and the trainers (I know Quinton and Tien the best so far). They focus on slow and controlled movements. Its a very supportive environment. Clean and not noisy or crowded. The exercises that they come up with are super creative and keep hitting muscles Ive never had be sore before. Its a great gym with great staff and a great environment.

Fitness Connection

Emely Fuentes Been coming to this gym for several months and love it! The gym is always clean and the women’s section is so spacious. Nicole at the front desk is very helpful and sweet! If you don’t like super sour preworkout like me, try the KXR sport preworkout gummy bear flavor shot at the front desk. Seriously the best preworkout I’ve had. Nicole will hook you up!
