Cooper Fitness Center

Betse Lanier I have been a member of Cooper Fitness Center for about two months. It has been a terrific experience. The classes are varied and all are good. The people are welcoming, nice folks and helpful. The facility is beautiful and a great place to walk. The food at their cafe is delicous! If you like exercise, its a good to be there!

Elevate Fitness

Issi This place is amazing! I have had personal trainers before and have done the group class thing and have tried to work out solo and I have never had results like I have had coming here. I need the structure that a personal trainer provides. They are extremely kind, knowledgeable, and goal-oriented. They took my measurements and asked me where I wanted to be/go with my fitness journey and motivate me to check back in/be accountable to my goals. I loved it so much I eventually brought on my husband! They’ve been helping him recover from overuse injuries/work from home lifestyle that wreaked havoc on his body. They will cater their exercises to fit your needs. They’re also super fun and have really made the gym feel like a second home while still pushing me to realize my potential. They offer nutrition advice as well. This place is the full meal deal! With them, I lost weight and gained strength for my sister’s wedding (she also works out here) and even won a fitness body fat reduction competition! Posting my before and after (let’s just say in progress :P).

Gray Fit Training & Recovery

Catrina Licudine Coach Robyn was awesome to offer our ruck march participants a complementary recovery sessions! It was our first time trying leg compression and red light theraphy and I feel brand new! Will be looking forward to booking a massage theraphy session with them. Need to add emphasis to recover as much as I train!

Refined Fitness

Mary Anne Wyly Refined Fitness is a wonderful gym, featuring knowledgable trainers, a wide range of equipment, and a perfect location. The trainers take the time to ensure you are using proper form and lifting weights to appropriately challenge you. I have primarily worked out in 30 minute semi-private training sessions where a small group of us is working out simultaneously. Garrett does a great job making sure we all know what exercise we should be doing, adjusting our weights, and encouraging us to keep pushing.

Hunger in the Wild Gym

C&K Bokeh Great gym! Great atmosphere! Staff is super welcoming. Amenities and equipment are top notch. I frequent the area and will definitely continue to drop in whenever I’m in town. Highly recommend if you’re looking for Olympic weightlifting, strength training, HIIT, and much more. Their website is super easy to navigate and very informative. Thank y’all for the hospitality and accommodations!

LA Fitness

Jon Hernandez Love this location! The staff is always friendly. Kelly is the manager and doing great running this gym! Equipment works and if it’s broken they are on it to get fixed. And may I add this location is always cleaner than other locations. Always have cleaning staff cleaning. Enjoy this gym. I’m excited for all the updates coming soon!
