Mrs Tink Came to get my new wedding ring set soldered together. I was weary to bring it to anyone, but I just happen to drive by here and came in. He was so sweet and even tested my ring for me. I bought it off a shop from TikTok and was worried I got scammed. It was silver and the stone was moissanite. He took 15 minutes to do what I needed and price was cheaper than I expected.

Their family owned business has such a whimsical warmth you just want to buy everything! Ha! The selection is exquisite! If in a rare instance what you need is not in store, they will create a hand crafted one of a kind piece for you or have it shipped within a week. Peyman Jo Beautiful, durable, timeless jewelry that never fails as a gift. You can never go wrong with James Avery. Here are some of the pieces I bought my wife, which she says are her favorites. They have a great variety and jewelry pieces for all occasions. I love how they are constantly introducing new pieces to their collection. The staff at this location are very helpful and kind. I’ve had to make a few exchanges and never had any issues. Yes, they have jewelry for men too!

Ernesto Cervantez To whom it may concerned I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had while picking up a bracelet I had purchased at your store. When I arrived, I was assisted by a staff member named Melanie, whose demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She commented, “Next time you can go to the other section to pick up,” and rolled her eyes, which felt dismissive. When I mentioned I was told to pick up the bracelet around 5 p.m., she replied, “That can’t be — we have bracelets ready around 4 or 6,” then walked off to look for the item. The tone and attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I understand everyone has off days, but when customers are spending $100 or more, we expect at least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. I left the store feeling uneasy about my purchase — not because of the product, but because of how I was treated. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I’m sharing this in the hope that other customers will have a more positive experience in the future. Please speak with Melanie about maintaining a respectful and welcoming attitude with customers. From the moment I was picking up my special order and dropping off jewelry , she made me feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable, almost like I was catching up with a best friend! She was not only kind and patient, but also went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Her warm personality made the whole experience so enjoyable, and I never once felt like “just another customer.” You can tell she truly cares about people, and it absolutely shows in the way she interacts. Lindsey Ormsbee I regularly buy gold, silver, and coins here. They are always very accommodating and very fair with their prices. I enjoy spending my money here, but I would recommend calling beforehand to ensure they are open.
