Husband called ahead to ask if the store would be interested in a pair of earrings. They said yes, and encouraged him to come in. When my husband showed up, the guy working was rude, arrogant, and completely dismissive. He took one glance at the earrings and said “I don’t want them, I’m dealing with customers” — like my husband wasn’t one. No greeting, no explanation, no professionalism. Just attitude. If this is how you treat people who come in after calling ahead, you don’t deserve their business. There are plenty of better, more respectful jewelry stores out there. Don’t waste your time here. And to the “owner” — DO BETTER.
