Matthew Burns Excellent gym, and Jake the gym owner is awesome. The facility is always clean and organized, and Jake is super easy to communicate with. I’ve never had to wait around for a squat rack or bench like I do at virtually every other gym. Can’t recommend Compendi enough!

stuart kirby Adapt has had the best coaches/trainers I have ever worked with. They all have a wealth of knowledge to help tailor workout regimens to fit your specific goals. 100% would recommend to anyone looking to improve on any aspect of their personal fitness and health.

Villarreal Herrera I can’t say enough great things about Club Burn! The atmosphere is always positive and motivating, and the results speak for themselves. The owner really sets the tone- she is passionate, knowledgeable and genuinely care about every member’s progress. You can tell that they put their heart into creating a space where everyone feels supported and challenged in the best way. I encourage everyone on a fitness journey to come and try it!

Oscar Jekiel Top-notch! The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, they have everything you need, from high-quality machines (Arsenal / Rogue) to free weights, heavy kettlebells (my favorite up to 123lbs KB’s) and functional training areas. Brian and Kelly have put together an amazing staff and trainers who are knowledgeable, approachable, and always ready to help. If you’re looking for a gym that combines great equipment, expert guidance, and an encouraging community, Paradigm Highland Park is your place! Highly recommend!

Leslie LeBlanc I’m in Dallas for a few months and missing my home gym. I came to EŌS on the recommendation of locals. The gym is amazing! Whether I’m up early at 4 am, have a break midafternoon to fit in a workout, or come at the end of the day there is always room on the equipment to check all the boxes for a great routine. The equipment is well maintained and the environment clean and tidy. Staff is helpful and engaging regardless what time you come in. Love this place!

Christian sanchez Hidden Gym in North Dallas has been such a blessing for me and my son. The atmosphere is motivating, but also feels like family. It’s more than just a place to work out—it’s a community where people support each other inside and outside the gym. Marisela Harper Dropped in on a one day try. One of the best workouts I’ve had in a really long time! The people are so friendly. The atmosphere is upbeat and amazing Coach Michelle and also Maddie are incredible and very welcoming.

Jeff (JT) Miller 5AM workouts and 7AM haircuts from Yoshi @ms.yoshi_kai67 at the salon inside the gym is the perfect way to start a workweek. She always has me on point - about to show off in the office today!

Mary Anne Wyly Refined Fitness is a wonderful gym, featuring knowledgable trainers, a wide range of equipment, and a perfect location. The trainers take the time to ensure you are using proper form and lifting weights to appropriately challenge you. I have primarily worked out in 30 minute semi-private training sessions where a small group of us is working out simultaneously. Garrett does a great job making sure we all know what exercise we should be doing, adjusting our weights, and encouraging us to keep pushing.
