I’m kicking myself for not getting the woman’s name but the woman who work there is the most sweetest and kindest person ever!! She explained what each crystal was to each of my kids! And answered all their questions! I’m definitely going back and definitely telling everyone I know to go there!!!! Plus the prices are amazing!

Instead of taking a larger commission by keeping us in the dark about the details we were able to get a larger diamond that was $10K cheaper AND keep the original. Sylvia Jaramillo We have been customers of Eve’s Custom Jewelry for some years now, mostly obtaining services for minor jewelry repairs, cleaning, etc. In June 2024, I damaged my anniversary ring which included losing one of the small diamonds. Eve’s replaced the missing diamond and now my anniversary ring shines brilliantly and looks better than new! I also inquired about how best to keep my wedding rings from turning sideways and upside down on my finger. After speaking with Nancy, she recommended fusing the two rings together, widening the band and squaring out the bottom to balance the weight. Nancy very meticulously explained the process and provided a sketch of the finished product. I picked my wedding ring up this past weekend and I am ecstatic!!! For the first time in 35 years, I can actually see the diamonds on the top of the ring. No more slipping sideways and upside down. I can’t stop looking at it. From the top, it still looks like two separate rings in the set. I love, love, love, the squared bottom. This is it exactly what was needed. No other jeweler had ever recommended this so I had resorted to just “living with it”. Not anymore! Thank you Nancy for giving me the perfect, original wedding ring! I can’t wait to work with you on the additional custom pieces using my parents’ wedding bands! I highly recommend Nancy and team at Eves’s Custom Jewelry. Henry McCarty I recently encountered this jewerly store due to my grandson purchasing a necklace.After he purchased the necklace with in a 3 weeks the clasp become defective (not working).I went to the store to see about a replacement ,after going back and fourth with the salesman and not getting anywhere. I went ahead and had to send it in to be fixed. I paid 27 dollars to repair a necklace that was only purchased 3 week prior. I was not happy about this as my grandson had just turned 15 on the date of purchase.I displayed my disatifcation on this. The owner Shawn contacted me and offered to replace the necklace and to refund my cost for the repair. I met Shawn today at his store and was replaced with a warm welcome and replacement necklace for my grandson. I am truly sorry for posting a negative review on a previous post (that was removed) after speaking with Shawn .I will always come here first on any jewerly purchases in the future. You have earned my trust and thankyou for taking care of this. P.S. Good luck of the fishing trip dont for get to look for the colored apts.
