Garcia Family 1st time going to diva nails cause they recommended me to go there and they didn’t disappoint. Michelle did my nails and I loved them! Very friendly staff and very clean. I went as a walk in and no wait time. Will continue going.

Valerie Serrano The new management really transformed this place! From the interior design to customer service/ hospitality. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back from now on! You also get a VERY fair price for how they treat you here!

Barry Whitaker This salon is amazing. Very professional and super friendly and the prices are great as well. They also use brand new tools for every pedicure they do to ensure everything is clean and sanitary. Went in for a fill and a pedicure and my husband got a manicure and pedicure. Both of us left extremely happy and relaxed. Will definitely be back again.

Tasha Petersen By far the best salon Ive been to. Got my first pedicure here and they did a great job. Also wanted acrylics which I think its the best I have even received. Not too thick or anything. Amazing place and super affordable.

Paul Abadir A great, clean nail salon! Wonderful and friendly nail techs. It was empty and quiet, and a welcome and relaxing pedicure after a few long days!! Decor was very spa like... No overpowering odor of acrylic nails or other chemicals. New leather spa chairs.... Cannot say how unexpected and great our experience was!!

Mar Velez A friend and I are on vaca and we were in need of a mani/pedi, we found Queen of Hearts salon. The decor has a theme through out the salon, very cute! The girls were very personable & friendly. Thank you Julieta y Dulce for a beautiful job on our nails. Next time we come back to SPI, well be back for a salon visit.

Joann Gonzales The attention to detail is everything. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. Ruby, Haley, Sol and Niurka made my mom and I feel like queens. We both got full sets with deluxe pedicures. Don’t sleep on the deluxe pedi, it’s so worth it!! Our nails came out amazing!! This is my nail spot in the valley.

Gabriella Delehoy I am super picky about my nails and get them done regularly. I had just moved here and the past two salons didn’t do a good job. I came to this place and the owner slayed my nails. Cort KEN ATEEE!!! did a beautiful job on my acrylic nails. this is the best salon ive been to in brownsville. the atmosphere and staff were incredibly friendly. I came as a walk-in and was seated in 5 minutes. Andy also did a wonderful job on my toes. both were quick but so detail oriented throughout the whole process. would highly recommend and I cant wait to come back :)

Emily This was my first time here. The staff was wonderful. My pedicure was the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had in a pedicure before. I got the green detox with helen. I got a full set of french tip nails with daisy and she was great, minimal filing only when needed and very gentle. Very satisfied with my services. It is pricey but totally worth it! Will be going back and I can’t wait!

Ashley Norton Ken killed it! My nails look amazing, they are smooth, and even. He works fast, but doesnt rush. He knows how to do nails. Highly recommend!! *** 2nd time going to Cosmo nails** I have had my nails done by Ken again and I still stand behind what I said, he does beautiful work!

A Saturdays Peter did an awesome job. Price point was better than what I pay at home for quality service. The wait kinda sucked but it was a payday weekend and I didnt call ahead.

Hanna Calles Lovely atmosphere, I like that it doesnt have that strong odor most nail salons do. I always request something fun from my nail tech Donna: lots of colors, chrome, or 3D, nail art and it comes out amazing every time. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, I will definitely keep returning.

Leslie Garcia The place is beautiful. It’s nice that it doesn’t have the typical strong scent of nail salons. The place is always clean and neat. This last time was the worst experience with nails I’ve had. First off the nail tech looks new , nervous and inexperienced. She says oh you have gel on I said yes I let them know on the phone when I booked the appointment. I ask her to fix a broken nail she says she doesn’t do nail fixes. Okay? She clips nails doesn’t ask what length, she pulls my nail with her hand and hurts me. She leaves another nail tech comes in and is much nicer and has more people skills. I ask to get extensions in all nails since the other girl left them so short. She says there won’t be time because they’re all out to close. Mind you I booked an appointment for 3 and they nagged me about coming in later. Very dissatisfied with this service. May nails look gross and chipped after one week. Never going back.

Maya Bernal I showed the tech different photos due to color, shape, design and all, and she did exactly what I wanted. I feel it was even better. I totally loved how they came out. She did an amazing job, did not hurt one bit, even when she filled them. I totally recommend it, super nice, great atmosphere, clean. They told me they will have 20% the whole month. I did not feel it was expensive, totally worth the price. Will come back again here. They even offered me water, and opened it in front of me due to not able cuz I was getting my nails done. Totally recommend it, great experience.

The owner made sure I was happy thought the process! I never know exactly what I want, but they helped me choose and made suggestions! I’m so glad they did! Completely satisfied! Love my nails. Springorchid1022 Over all the place is fine. Went there several times in the past year. Girls are all nice, and the place always looks super clean. My issue is the inconsistency with the work. I was always given to girls that had little working there. I think the owner did a pedi on me maybe once. And I never knew how long the work would last. Like sometimes my nails would look nice for 2-3 weeks. Many times though, theyd last like a couple days and the gel started chipping off or crystals would come off by the next day. I really wanted to keep going here, but too many times I wasnt happy with the results for long. Not just the lack of know-how from some of the techs I was appt to and technique, but Im inclined to say that the quality of some of the materials. Might go back some day. For now, I think Ill try somewhere else.

Hilda Lopez I had a great experience at J & M! Jackie was great, she was super nice and patient and had great people skills all around. She gave me exactly what I asked for and I loved my acrylics set so much. This is the place to go when you want the job well done, it’s a very profesional setting, it’s affordable and clean. 10/10 for me.

Pike Beveridge Went here for the first time and got the most beautiful acrylic set! So much attention and care was given to my comfort. The wonderful nail tech (I feel awful about how bad I am with names, I don’t remember hers) was unhurried and took the time to make sure my nails were lovely and to my satisfaction. Lots of friendly regulars as well, which I always take as a good sign for any business.
