Brittany Mangum I’ve tried out almost every nail place in the area. Gave this one a shot as I pass it every day anyways. It was well worth trying! I got my nails done a week ago (at A+ nails in Gainesville) and experienced bad lifting. So I came here today. The technician I got today (I believe her name was Nancy) absolutely AMAZING. We decided on a design together and she absolutely nailed it! Highly recommend and I will be returning! EDIT: it has now been 1 week since my new set from Nancy, no lift, no color loss, my nails still look brand new! I finally found MY nail salon ❤️

Bree Ford Giving 1 star but I’d rather give zero. Today I paid $75 for a full set of nails and they’re the worst set I’ve ever gotten. I’ve paid less at higher end nail salons. I had to have the girl that fixed mine TWICE and that’s because I was being nice. Prices should be displayed for customers to see and techs should be open and honest when customers are asking for designs. Save your time and money and avoid this place!

Leslie Chesnut Reyna is great, she always tackles what design I want her to replicate. Shes also awesome at matching colors to skin tone.

Terri Becker I had a fantastic experience at Haven Nail Studio! The space is beautifully designed, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. One thing that really stood out was how helpful the nail techs were to each other—it was refreshing to see such teamwork and support among them. The music was also a great touch, with a perfect mix of Lionel Richie and Chris Stapleton playing in the background, making the experience even more enjoyable. My nails turned out beautifully, and they fit me in right away for an appointment, which was a huge plus. I highly recommend Haven Nail Studio for both the quality of service and the overall vibe!

I did a walk in, was greeted right away and did not have to wait (there were only a few other customers currently in the salon) They did an excellent job on my hands & feet. Completed my mani with my pedi, but it wasn’t awkward or rushed. Staff was warm, kind, and did an amazing job.

Narda Hamilton All my nails are shapes different! My nail tech was not able to shape my nails almond it seems after I requested it, so he got someone else to do them which I was fine with. This was until the replacement tech started filing my nails without asking me what shape I wanted them in and so did not work toward getting all my nails shaped in the same way, which was very disappointing. My nails were painted with gel polish, but some were not smoothly done missing some corners, as well as some you can see and feel the lumps and dips. Uncertain if I will return. I just left that day because I was already so exhausted when I got to my appointment. OWNER: I see your response and who is it that I ask for if I decide to come and speak with you?

Dollie My experience here was so good! The salon is cozy and aesthetically pleasing. The lady who did my nails was also very nice, she was very focused and my nails turned out so cute!! The prices were good too. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Holly Davis I needed my nails fixed because they got snapped, i went and the manager did them and they arent the same color, shape, or length. I tried to speak up and he just told me its the same color.

Constance Woods GO SEE JACK!! I’ve been going to him for a year now and he’s awesome!! He’s consistent my shape always looks good, he doesn’t rush through so he can get you out the chair, and he always checks with you to make sure you like the shaping or the color! I had a set of nails for a full 4 weeks and the diamonds NEVER came off! Thank you so much Jack you do an amazing job!!

Niecy Nails placed on crooked & rough when filing. Not smoothed out, lumpy nails. Second person also placed crooked nails, ruined my birthday mood!

Anabel Ortiz I unfortunately was one of their victims .. clients. I was pushed into getting dip and I was constantly hurt during they over filled my nails and gave me rings of fire . I was so upset with the nails and even then I thought about leaving a review but I brushed it off as just a bad experience until I went to get my nails off with my actual nail tech which her quote on quote word were “ damn they ff u up” proof of the overfilled and rings of fire in just about every nail.

Laura Vallejo They are always super welcoming. Always offer something to drink. Everyone who has done my nails has been wonderful. (Ive been 4 times for dip manicures.) They are pretty quick, too. I suggest calling for an appointment even if just 20 minutes before. I recommend their services. These are my latest. Update: Another fabulous service. They squeezed me in 2 days before Christmas and did another fab manicures. (See added pics.)

Megan Sherman My friend and I both got dip nails done today at Smile nail salon. Hannah and Teresa were great! They made sure our nails looked fabulous and that we had a fantastic time. We will definitely be back again!

Terri Becker I recently visited Smiley Nail Salon in Celina, and it was one of the worst manicure-pedicure experiences I’ve ever had. While the salon has a stark, all-white interior with nice light fixtures and multiple TVs, none of them were turned on, which added to the awkward atmosphere. During the massage, the table shook so much that it knocked a book and soda off, and no one bothered to clean it up. There was also a miscommunication about my nail color, so they had to redo it, and the staff showed attitude throughout the process. I was moved to another chair, which was uncomfortable, and they kept yanking my hand around. To make matters worse, there was goo all over my hands, and they didn’t even clean it up. Overall, the customer service was terrible, and I left feeling extremely frustrated. I wouldn’t recommend Smiley Nail Salon unless they make some serious improvements.

haley shepherd Ive been going to this place for about a year and i have not been disappointed. The one time I walked away unhappy with my nail design, I came in the next day and it was fixed for free no questions asked. Im always seated and helped almost right away. Refreshments are always offered for free as well. Overall, I love this place and I will continue to go!

pam smith Experiences here vary depending on who’s doing the service. However, the last few times I’ve been the techs seem super uninterested and rush through the service even if the salon is empty and no one is waiting. Maybe I’m wearing rose colored glasses, but I feel like service used to be better. Front desk is always nice, though.

Patricia E Went in to have my acrylic nails removed. When I say they make it so obvious you are bothering them, I couldnt be more serious. Maybe they were waiting on a bigger ticket, who knows. She acted as if she was done, and I HAD TO say something. I told her I could still see the fake nail on my nailbed (like obvious). She then asked "So, you want more?" "YES! I want more!" I am now sitting at home looking at my nails with a layer of the half grown-out acrylic on them....shaking my head. You can even still see some of the OPI Natural color on the tip of my index finger. I will NOT be going back. Ive gone to them on and off the last 10 years. No more, Im done.

Yesenia Cortez This was my first time coming here, I came as a walk in as soon as they opened. Very clean & a nice, relaxing setting. Ken did my nails, I got a full set & he gave me exactly what I wanted, very time efficient & gentle. He made sure I liked what he was doing every step of the way. For sure will make this my home nail spot & Ken will definitely be my nail tech from here on out.

Jennifer B. I LOVE my holiday nails!! I have been coming here for 10 years now and I will not go anywhere else! They never disappoint with whatever nail design I decide. My nails last well over 3 weeks with no peeling or chipping. Everyone is very friendly and the environment is nice.

Zoei Huntsman Went to my usual manicure appointment with Yui and she always does a wonderful job but today we played around with making a “heart” cat eye design and she absolutely blew it out of the water! I also got a pedicure with Tan, and he is the best with massage! Was a wonderful visit! They offer sodas, water, and even mixed drinks to enjoy while receiving your service and have the best prices around! I drove from Temple every 3 weeks just to come here because they never disappoint me or my checkbook. 12/10 highly recommend Happy Nails!

Jennifer Pickering Cooper is in Delta County which is a wonderful place to live or visit. The square has amazing restaurants, boutiques, and a very unique bed and breakfast with a coffee house. Also there is the Cooper Museum and the Cooper Lake State Park.

Molly Martinez Delta County …Cooper Texas is HORRIBLE! Don’t visit. Don’t live there. Don’t stop in town if your passing by. They have NO regard for animal welfare. No regard for city ordinances that people are breaking by having 10 plus dogs on property. Don’t give this place one cent. It needs shut down. A dead momma dog found and the officer that was advised about asked if she was shot cause she got a lot of complaints about the dog. So is that what we do? Nothing ? Then let the hungry mother get killed because she is looking for food for herself and her babies?

They have just about every thing you would need except produce but it is so cluttered. They really just need to shut down for a week and organize and clean it up!

Cassie Neal This store is unorganized. Boxes are everywhere. Prices are good but when you ask about certain items they can never tell you anything. Whenever Im traveling and stop by items are not available and if they are you cant ever find them. Please for your customers get organized, restock, unboxed. Thank you

Bea Fields Visiting from Dallas and I was in dire need of needing a full set mani and pedicure. This place was AWESOME!!! From the time I walked in I was greeted by the sweet receptionist and I was placed in a chair right away. I let them know what I wanted and they did not disappoint. Tommy did an awesome job on my pedicure and Jason was magnificent in my full set manicure gel nails. The shape and ombré color came out perfect!!! The atmosphere was refreshing and the environment was nice and clean. I definitely recommend going here if you are in need of having AMAZING service with a friendly staff that cares and caters to your needs.

Tee Sor I love Michelle- She is so committed to giving you a great experience . I had a facial and have used some of the Yon Ka products . My skin feels and looks healthier and my face stayed softer and more moisturized . The setting is rustic but elegant - and it’s pure comfort . She has so many years of experience in skin care and is so good at diagnosing and treating issues. Also she is smart and kind and funny so she basically treats your whole person. If you don’t live too far from Comfort , Tx- it’s worth the drive for this spa and for the really great downtown small town Texas shops . This treatment is workers every penny!! It’s been my favorite skin care spa ever !!! There is some magic going on here !!!!

Lucinda Stanford First visit. Busy, but they got me right in without an appointment. Front desk gentleman was very nice. The pedicure girl was very fast. Quickest pedi I’ve ever had, but she did a good job. Would have enjoyed a little bit more leg & foot massage, but it was adequate. I will be going back. Would recommend!!

Miss Smith We came in for a belated birthday and girls day. The staff was amazing as always and did custom designs from pictures of inspiration provided. Highly recommend!

Jennifer Falk My nails were pretty when I left. However,I am starting to think men make terrible nail artists though. The man that did my manicure was very rough, even the “massage” part hurt. He filed my already short nails so short that my thumb nail was down to the quick. Then I paid the most I have ever paid for a gel manicure with design (they charge $5 per nail). I had a morning appt this morning and the polish already peeled up. I don’t have time to go repair it there’s as it’s a half hour drive. Very disappointed!

Vanessa Willis I really really love Oasis and will be returning for their pedicures but I got my nails done with dip which they turned out so pretty but began breaking off at the tips by the second day and now after a week since I got them done 3 of my nails have broken. I got them done on a Monday and one broke the next day (ring), then Friday (pointer) and lastly today on a Monday (thumb). I did call on Friday and they were so sweet and prompted me go back to get them fixed but I have not had the time. 4 stars because they were so nice and accommodating and their pedicures are amazing but there’s no reason why my nails broke so quickly especially for the price.

Thania Good work but over priced. These were acrylic nails but the receipt said gel nails, when I explained I had got acrylic not gel she said the charge was for the long length but clearly the nails are short. Nice but not worth $73 for acrylics

liz ojeda Thursday, the 13th of Feb I went to The Lash and Nail Bar for a manicure and pedicure around 3 in the afternoon. I went around 3 years ago, and it was great. The ladies were so friendly and attentive. This visit not so much. While I did get a great pedicure with the gel nail color and a manicure with the dip, no customer service. The prices are cheaper than where I usually go, but probably wont go back. I was supposed to get a neck massage, with my 70 dollar pedicure pkg, but never got it. Really not much of a leg massage and the operator working on my nails, finished and ran off to another customer and did not really finish by applying hand lotion after my nauls dried as I am accustomed to at the other facility. I signed up for the pamper pkg, but really got no pampering. Lol. As I stated earlier, I am happy with the job on my nails and feet. The lack of customer service only hampered my tip by a small percentage. I always tip 25% and more. I understand and appreciate the skills learned. I highly recommend due to the pricing and great job, but also highly recommend they work to improve their customer service. Parking is fine. They are located in the Town Center.

WannA As I am "one of those = " who notices every detail of any sort of work being done on/for me.. I want to say that after trying several nail shops in Kerrville where mostly the overall results were disappointing or techs actually didnt care, walk-ins over appts, old products, feeling taken for granted despite being very very generous tip-wise/holiday$$, I recently took a chance on the shop Queens. ->Jennifer, there, did not in any way disappoint and tho it was a very late day appt, and she must have been tired, she stayed and made sure that the dip mani and spa/shellac pedi were exactly as the photo I brought her. She remained cheerful and professional thru out and ended my session with a nice neck massage! Gorgeous nail work, spaced appts for one/one privacy, quiet, relaxed environment. I fully recommend Jennifer, and if you want to make an appt at Queens, best to TEXT her or your call could be sent to a voicemail if shes with a client.

Rebecca North My nails turned out okay, I’ll update on longevity. Main reason for lower rating is my poor cuticles got butchered on one hand. I had no tears/lifting and now 4 out of 5 fingers have open wounds. Some glue was still on skin. A massage is referenced, but I didn’t receive one so Im not sure if its only for appointments or by request. I wanted to love them, but I can’t say I will return.

Janna Rundell Sat for over an hour with my niece and when the man and woman finished the people before us the woman started my nieces nails but the man didn’t do anything. They thought they were going to do our nails one by one after we already waited for such a long time.

Rachael Dering Highly recommend this nail bar! My line of work has taught me to pay VERY close attention to detail. That has spilled over to the other parts of my life and can be VERY frustrating at times. Thats one thing I don’t have to worry about here because they do phenomenal work and truly just want to get it right for you! No one gets upset if you ask for something modified, everyone seems happy and they’re also efficient! They’re also great with kids and even have tiny children’s chairs for pedicures. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Amazing!
