Grayson Ramey Any time you say “military” and “fade” all they hear is high and tight. Asked for a low fade and a little bit off the top and I got a crooked Thomas Shelby high and tight. Now don’t get me wrong Thomas Shelby is a bad man, but I’m frustrated that I asked for a simple low fade and trim and got a high and tight with no fading whatsoever.

Rafael Vazquez Horrible haircut. Fade is uneven and not even faded. Its more like a straight line. Like a border on a piece of paper. No fade effect at all. Back of my head is uneven and off centered. Ive been wearing a hat everyday since. Looks like a little kid cut my hair.

I arrived and was seen within about 30 minutes, which matched up with their super-accurate timing system. The TV display gave me a clear idea of how long I’d wait, and I was actually called a bit earlier than expected. Already a win! When my name came up, I was pleasantly surprised that the stylist, Amber S., pronounced my name correctly—something that rarely happens. She was friendly, professional, and we even chatted about how her recent smoothie didn’t quite hit the spot. Overall, the interaction was smooth and enjoyable. The trim itself was quick—about 10 minutes—and I was out the door. Amber did a great job, and I’ll definitely be back to see her for future trims. Adam Costner I went in for a simple fade. Ive never had a bad haircut before until Jayne?... cut my hair. There were over 5-6 patches in my hair, the ground work was there but if she would have taken 10 more minutes then there would have been an actual fade. I felt like something was off and she was in a hurry, and they werent even busy. I dont understand how shes even able to cut hair with how absolutely horrible it was. She also proceeded to trim my eyebrows without permission and she was coughing all over my head and smelt like camel cigarettes. Im not very picky and I hate leaving reviews like this but I have to warn others. I had to seek out another barber in order to fix this nightmare. Mr. Harvey is an excellent barber and was perfect everytime. Hes an absolute artist when it comes to hair. He also works at the sports clips but you wont get the same quality work if he isnt working.

Matthew Meyer Brooke is a master at her craft. She takes the time to understand exactly what I want, offers great suggestions, and executes perfectly every time. The cut always grows out well and looks professional. Best stylist Ive found in decades - worth every penny.

Chris T Online said the location had a ~10 minute wait. Showed up, wait was 90+ minutes and was told "its been over an hour all day". Went to the other location that showed a 45 minute wait, it was 90+ as well. Why bother having an online system if its anything but accurate?

Madison Carpenter Robin is outstanding. She communicated very effectively to ensure me and my 2 year old son got the cuts I wanted. She understands different hair types and how to really make you feel good. As a woman I felt a little self conscious getting my hair cut at Sports Clips, Robin was super sweet and reassuring and this is probably the best hair cut me and my two year old have ever had. I seriously cannot say enough good things about Robin. I left feeling confident and really comfortable. Her knowledge of different hair types and how to work with them has left me feeling so good about my hair. My son, myself and husband all got our hair cut here and we look amazing.

Okokhere Franchesica. WORST WORST place ever idk what happen but the establishment is very unprofessional. When I went there the owners were there and they were very unprofessional and accused me and my friends of stealing before we could even fully step in the establishment. The prices are overpriced and it small with little variety I think The pink beauty supply is way better down the street from This establishment and they have better things. PLS BEWARE

Jeanette Barton Small place but they got lots to choose from. If youre looking for hair peices, extensions or wigs then this is the place to go. They had so much to choose from n I was very impressed with the variety of items offered within this rather small store. The people that work here were just as impressive with friendly attitudes and very friendly service. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Robert Massey I got a perfect haircut from Leane. She knew how to do it just right without even being asked. She could just tell how I like my haircut. Sometimes you have to give little pointers to the stylist, but not this one.

Klaus Pumpkin Lazy, rude, and incompetent. A simple haircut and she managed to mess that up. Too busy talking drama and not paying attention. The sides of my ears are jagged and not straight the back she didnt line up. This place is a joke

Gary Cena I went and got my haircut at the Market Street Plaza location on 12/21/24 and the girl who did my hair did an absolutely atrocious job. She acted rude and condescending from the beginning and was clearly in a hurry to get me out of there. I have come to Great Clips for years as a loyal customer but the way that she handled me over the phone when I tried to tell her something about it ensured that I will never set foot in another Great Clips again. I had never had this problem from any of the other ladies in the past but any business that allows anybody to conduct themselves in this way and get away with it can certainly get no further commerce from me. Sports Clips has my business from now on.

Stacy Warton I went in to get my hair cut. I showed her a picture and its at least 2 inches shorter than I ask for. I was in her chair for maybe 5 minutes. She layered it and cut it. I am very dissatisfied! I will never go back!!

Day Bleu I tried to get an appointment with this woman for an entire month , i received no reply. Still do this day, she hasn’t replied. I’ve never been disrespectful to this woman. I’ve never not paid or not tipped. I come on time. I don’t ask for anything extra. She picks and chooses who she would like to service. No matter how great she is at doing hair, it’s not worth the pain of contacting her. Many of my friends also said the same and why they’ve chosen someone else, as i will be. Thanks but no thanks.

Nick Tannahill I just get a haircut once a month and great clips makes it painless. The scheduling system on the app makes the wait time in store minimal & they record my last haircut so I dont have to try and remember how to explain things to the hair cutter. Cant beat the price too. Robbery what some places charge for a haircut these days.

Zipporahevette There is only one person in this town that I get my eyelashes done by and it’s ShyAnn! She all around is an amazing person and really takes care of my needs as a customer. Ariel McLemore I’m typically not the type to leave bad reviews, however I received the validation I needed. Not only was I ShyAnns friend, but also a loyal client. I’ve spent a lot of money getting my lashes and hair done by her. My last two appointments I had with her were extremely disappointing. I did not want to tell her because she was my friend, but after the last one I had ended up telling her, and she had the reaction of going to other people and telling them she purposely chopped my hair and overcharged me. I thought we were friends so it obviously hurt me. She only offered to look at my hair and “cut it some more” to even it out. If you want mean girl energy, and to be talked about to other clients, this is the perfect salon for you!!

Robbie Orozco Gentleman that cut my hair did not know what he was doing. I asked for a trim and told him I have layers on my hair so please do about 2 inches all around. He had me standing up and he cut on the back one straight cut!! He was done. I asked him "what do you mean you are done? You didnt do my hair in layers. He said he didnt know how to do layers but his coworker could. I told him, NO that is ok Im done here. I paid full price for a very very bad job! Will not go there again.

Kristen West I went to the Greenbrier location wanting a pixie cut! The stylist repeatedly said how she loves giving this type of cut. She only cut the back of my hair. So now my hair is super short in the back and long in the front. Nothing pixie about it! Thanks for making my first experience there my absolute last!

I recommend the head spa but they need to take into account that its cold when your head and upper back are wet and have some better blankets. Do not waste your money or time on getting nails done. I cannot remember the nail techs name but she was pregnant and very sweet but my nails looked terrible. I had to ask her to file them. Very strange. I got a new set of acrylics and they look awful. Ive been getting my nails done since 1995 and this was the worst. Get the head spa but skip the nails. These pics are from a week later and I pushed back my own cuticles but all of them look like ski jumps.

Jane W I got my nails done on Wednesday, and by Friday, they were already peeling off—so disappointing! I wanted to enjoy a nice weekend with beautiful nails, but they didn’t even last two days. While the design looked great and got compliments, the quality was terrible. I paid $100, and it was definitely not worth it. I hope the salon improves its techniques and materials because I won’t be coming back otherwise.

Gabriella Solis The first photo is what Susan did for me about a week ago. Exactly what I asked for, shape and length wise. The 2nd and 3rd photos are what Michael left me with today. Admittedly, I walked out after seeing how he RUINED my natural shape and length, leaving every nail on my right hand (besides my pinky) uneven. I was very clear with him when I said “no trim” and he said “I just file.” I was fine with filing and he showed me my pinky shape prior to continuing, which clearly is fine. As you can see, the others are uneven and he tooth off length. Language barrier aside, even if I was okay with taking off length from my natural nail, they’re uneven and not salvageable without time. The manager offered another woman to finish my manicure, but I was not going to PAY for ANYTHING after he ruined my nails. I would have been happy to pay for what I asked for, but even if someone else were to “salvage” what Michael messed up, I would be left with something I didn’t ask for. Thankfully my nails will grow out and I can go somewhere else to have them manicured properly, but this experience was terrible start to finish.

Sophie Kroll What a gem for Wichita Falls! This place feels like the bougie nail salon and the prices are insanely affordable. You even get a complementary beverage, which is the icing on the cake. The sweet lady that did my nails was so quick, but also a perfectionist which made it so much better! Highly recommend and cannot wait to come back!

Hole In the Wall Seeker Ladies here are really courteous and nice, they provide excellent service and cater to your needs. My hair is thick, straight and wild and they do a good skin fade.

William I take my 7 year old son to Locker Room Haircuts to get his hair cut by Camille. Im sure the other girls there are good too, but Camille is amazing!! Shes the best in town, in my opinion, and we went through quite a few before we found Camille. I will not use anyone else. Shes great with my son, personable, and amazing at what she does. My son likes the zigzag design shaved on the side and no one else has been able to do it. Go see Camille, shes the best in Wichita Falls and surrounding areas.

John S This place should not be able to call themselves a barber shop and they are overpriced. My bother and son had his haircut and both were terrible. As you can see in the picture my sons hair had to be fixed in the front plus there was plenty of hair missed on the sides as well. I would stay out of this place is the best advice I can give. Glad supercuts was open to get his hair fixed.

W. Coby Elkins The hair cut option on the board said there are three options. But the computer you sign in on only has the last two more expensive ones. The main difference was a shampoo, something I didnt need or want. Went ahead and signed in and decided Ill just ask for her to not do that part. Computer said there was a three minute wait, so I sat down. Ten minutes later a lady from the back came to the front and started talking on her phone and messing around with the work computer. After another ten minutes I just wanted out. Waste of time in my opinion.
