Olivia Obregon CK Nail Lounge is a new American owned business you want to try. It’s beautifully decorated, clean, and has a very warm and inviting atmosphere. They offer plenty of services and include all the new trends for nails. They were so accommodating and willing to take the extra steps to make sure I was given 100% customer service. They even have techs that are bilingual which was great since my mom speaks Spanish and was with me. The quality of work was on point and the cost was affordable. I loved my nails and got lots of compliments. I will definitely be returning.

A O Very bad experience here getting a spa pedicure. I don’t think they know what they are doing. The lady kept hurting me despite me telling her several times that she was hurting me and being rough. I did not have any ingrown nails that were bothering me and she persisted on getting my nails out despite me telling her I had no issues with them. She was also very rough with the foot scrub. Every time I told her to stop or that it was painful she just kept saying “it’s okay it’s okay” no,it’s not okay! Please stop and listen to the client. She made me bleed and asked if I wanted her to spray more alcohol on my toe. I had gone in for both manicure and pedicure but I stopped the pedicure because of how awful it was. The guy gave me a $5 discount as a form of apology. I will definitely not be going back.

litzy manriquez Brand new place wanted to try it out and turned out to be one of best places I’ve been to. Didn’t take too long and still accomplished an amazing job I got both a pedi and manicure turned out about $70 bucks plus tip. Everything in this salon is brand new and well kept as well as clean, the customer service was amazing he kept making me and partner laugh throughout my appointment 10/10.

Anna Sophia I had called this salon yesterday around 4:15 and i had asked over the phone if i can do a walk in, they said yes and i asked if there was a wait time. They said no to just come in. I arrive around 4:30 and as soon as I get there the two workers are with a customer. I waited a little bit over an hour because one of the workers was stopping to talk every couple minutes and wasn’t even working on the nails. Also got up every 10 minutes to pet her dog and move it when it started barking. Which is completely unsanitary to have a dog in a nail salon. I was patient and really needed my pedicure done. By the time they started working on me it was 6. To which I had the male worker doing my pedicure. He was rough with my feet and had caked on a layer of acrylic which burned my toe nails. The shape was not consistent and my toe nails look like BUBBLES. He did not shave down the nail correctly for any of the nails besides the big toe. Extremely disappointed. ALSO there is a sign that says 20% off for their grand opening. Tell me why they were about to charge me in full until I mention the discount. And even at that they only charged me 15% off. Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Do not recommend!! EDIT: I’m not going to be told by staff that I’m not being honest about my opinion when I’ve never even written a bad review before in my life. This was HONESTLY a bad experience & that is why I decided to write my review. ALSO when I am asked if you I needed to correct or change anything. I’m not going to spend another second at a salon that clearly didn’t do a good job in the first place with services. I’d rather take my money elsewhere where they will not make mistakes in the first place.

Cassandra Tyler was absolutely wonderful and kind. I don’t get my nails done often but wow this was such a nice little treat. I felt comfortable asking questions and Tyler answered all of them and made sure I got the nails I absolutely wanted especially since I needed a couple nails short on my right . 10/10 recommend and I WILL be returning. You’re not a number here you’re a customer. They are so great ❤️

Oilver Jose Kim did such an amazing job! I use to go The Nail Bar and never had the best service but I saw so many good google reviews of this place and Kim definitely gave me the VIP treatment. You can just tell everyone loves and cares for their customers. 100% returning back!

Sydney Ross I moved here at the beginning of the year, and discovered multiple nails had grown fungus under my acrylics due to careless application from my previous nail tech out of state. I walked into the salon in desperate need of help and KIM immediately sat me down and got to work. She was so kind and caring, and made me feel so welcomed. Since then she has helped me revive my nails back to life, getting them healthy and start growing them out again. She is always giving ideas and opinions on what would look cute or good with my skin tone and always makes sure that I tell her what I’m comfortable with. Hands down the best salon and nail tech. I will be going to her for as long as I live here.

Juliette Berry They did an amazing job on my nails and they lasted 3 weeks (my nails grow fast) with no lifting and minimal chipping. The reason I can’t give 5 stars is that I went to get a soak off and the nail tech used a plastic nail tip to pry off the entire acrylic + the tip without soaking. It completely ruined the integrity of my nails and I was heartbroken because I was excited to have new growth. Although he only did that to one nail I was still very disappointed. Overall they did a pretty good job but I would just be careful with getting your nails soaked off here.

Erika Gomez Atmosphere is great but nail techs are all fairly new and have no idea what they’re doing. They charge an additional $15 to remove gel polish even if it’s on 2 toes. If you’re looking for a place to get a foot massage with your pedi this is not the place for you. The tech left parts of my nails unpolished and after addressing it she painted on top of gel with the color and then didn’t apply more gel on top. The service took over 2 hours to complete.

She would explain each process, help me understand how different nail styles look and feel and made the whole experience fun! :) I have kept going back to her each time I need my nails done! They have such great colors and her artwork is phenomenal. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my nails each time :) Because of Angie and everyone at Ohana Nails I now love getting my nails done and look forward to feeling great about myself and my nails! :) Everyone there is friendly, the location is clean and they have really nice chairs and offer beverages. I always get a gel manicure and pedicure and prices are really affordable :)

Grecia Bejarano I called ahead to schedule an appointment for my daughter and me—two pedicures and two manicures. When we arrived, they started with the pedicures but rushed through them. On top of that, they charged me for an adult pedicure for my 9-year-old daughter, even though they didn’t complete the full service. Then, the technician told me she couldn’t do my daughter’s nails because she lives on the east side. I understood, so another young girl took over. My daughter asked for flowers, and I was aware there would be an extra charge, which I didn’t mind. However, instead of actual nail art, they just put stickers on. As she was told to wash her hands, one of the stickers started peeling. I mentioned it to the technician, and she simply said, “I’ll add glue” and used nail glue—seriously? I wanted to give the salon a chance to respond before leaving a review, so I messaged them on Facebook and Instagram with pictures, but I haven’t received any response. I didn’t even get my nails done because of how rushed and poorly done the services were. I payed $115

PrisRNBSN My nails look absolutely stunning and the entire experience was so relaxing and enjoyable. My nail tech Didi shaped and polished my nails to perfection, and my skin felt so soft and rejuvenated afterward. The salon was calm and cozy, with TV entertainment. On top of that, they offer complimentary drinks like mimosas, margaritas & even coffee—which made me feel extra pampered especially because I work so much and need a break. I highly recommend trying their Maui package; it’s the ultimate treat! Didi and the rest of the staff are professional, attentive, and truly talented. My money well spent!!

Remi Lozano Worst gel nail work done on my nails. I had to come home and clean all the edges of polish he left behind. Used a rough file on my nails that left rough edges. So I file them with a fine file. Bled two places from cutting my cuticles. I will NOT be visiting that place again.

Olga A Paulino This salon was hidden. I went to Viva Mazda for an oil change and went walking. Decided to check this little shopping center and decided to take a chance on getting a pedicure. Boy do I not regret it. Henry was awesome and very gifted in removing those darn ingrowns. I’ll definitely be coming by here for my pedicures. He took care of my ingrowns and gave me a nice calf and foot massage that was very much needed. They offered me coffee or water. Thanks so much A-1. Henry and Sandy always spoil me.

Brandi Recino This salon was super clean, very pretty. The staff was very nice as well. There arent prices posted anywhere online or in their salon, so based off reviews I assumed I would pay maybe $50-$60 for a gel manicure. I paid over $80. I did have cat eye gel, which the nail tech suggested. She was very nice. The price wasnt an issue, I wont argue about that. But $80 for nails to last 3 to 4 days? I got my manicure on Saturday. By Monday one nail chipped, Tuesday about half tore off. Its Wednesday now and it is chipped on my other hand now also. I work from home and normally a gel manicure lasts me 2 to 3 weeks.

Teri Lynn This was my second time coming into the salon. I got a full set last time and this time was a fill in and a nail design. I feel like the lady was a little frustrated with me because I wanted a design. She kept wiping it off and redoing it. She didnt really talk to me much which I am fine with. I noticed there was a hair in the acrylic on one of my nails. Most likely from the brush she was using because she kept pulling little hairs out of it. I told her I saw a hair but she just laughed a little and didnt say anything. I felt a little awkward but just hoped the nail design would cover it. When she finished my nails she said "thank you" and stood up and walked away. When it was time to pay she had the pay screen already up and I had a birthday coupon to use so I asked if it was applied and she said yes. When I said I was going to pay cash the total decreased by 11 dollars which weirded me out. The tip was still applied but the total dropped a lot so I was confused thinking she overcharged me at first and hoped I wouldnt notice. All in all Im happy with the nails I just wish the experience was better since I came in for my birthday and to treat myself.
