Vanessa Moreno I had high hopes for this salon because of the reviews. I traveled 4 hours to San Antonio for a birthday trip and wanted to get a nice set for my event. Everyone was extremely nice, so to have to complain about the quality of my refill is not something I wanted to do, but considering the cost of both of my services and for my nails to look like they’re already peeling off. All together for a refill and a basic pedicure with shellac was $147. Pedicure was fine. No complaints there. While at the salon, in the light the nails looked fine, but once outside and further inspection of the work, I found myself completely dissatisfied. The tech Annie was wonderful. I completely understand they run a fast paced service because it’s a busy day, but I really expected more. Not only does it seem like a refill was rather pricey, they use less materials to complete the work. As long as I’ve been getting my nails done, I found it odd that the refill process fell short. Again, excellent customer service. I am just very disappointed in the quality of my nails.

Lorri Farley Daisy did a phenomenal job on my toes and if I lived here, she’d be my person. I’ve lived all around the world, this is by far the best place I’ve ever been. The leg massage is amazing, they take their time and you don’t feel rushed like most places.

Got in right at my appointment time and Henry got right to work on my neglected toes. He did a fantastic job! Very friendly and professional. Corrine C Im glad i decided to try this salon. I just walked in this salon for a basic manicure and pedicure. The salon was very busy but they attended me very fast and they took time to do my manicure and pedicure even though they were busy. The staff is very friendly. Offering drinks to guest. They have a great selection of colors and several pedicure options to choose from. I have gone back at least 3 more times and I have always recieved great service here. I plan to make this my go to nail salon from now on.

Brandi Cross we came from Utah to visit our daughter. we saw the salon and messaged Marissa she was quick to respond and ended up doing a haircut on my 3 year old a perm on my 13 year old highlights on my 17 year old and I loved them all so much I got a perm too! she is so friendly and knowledgeable. we definitely will come back to her whenever we are in town.

Andy M This is a small business that my grandparents and aunt have gone to for well over 20 years. They might not do all the most modern fancy stuff that some look for as far as pedicures or extra stuff but they give good haircuts, they do basic pedicures, theyre friendly and they have a very down home feel. Not some young, swanky, ultra expensive salon, more of a neighborly, down home, good quality place.

Caroline Sewell I was honestly shocked at the lack of communication I received today. I stopped by the shop to hopefully set up an appointment to get my nails done. The nice lady that was there gave me Deena’s number. I called her & left a message. I followed that with a text. She messaged me that she was grabbing her book. I waited over an hour & asked what time she had available. She again responded with she needed to grab her book. 4 hours later I get a text asking if 1:30 tomorrow was ok. The lack of reasonable response had me go somewhere else.

The time and effort put into each nail shows, my nails last and they look as good as the day I got back in for a fill. There was cans and bottles empty just sitting around rags all on the floor they even had their dog there it pooped on the floor and they just kicked it to hide it instead of picking it up and to top it off I got a very poor pedicure. This location just gets worse I was hoping it would be better since the name changed but I was wrong.

jazz the amazing (fan life) I’ve been to a good amount of nail salons. So I know they will not all be the same. I have never been to this place in particular till today. I wasn’t sure if I need to make an appointment or they allow walk ins. I called and they scheduled me. I was 8 mins late so I understood if they were going to be a lil upset. I didn’t feel welcomed and they didn’t really talk or have conversation with me. But they did talk amongst themselves like most salons do just in their own language. I understood why they do it but I feel as if it’s a little rude. I gave them my idea of my nails and they listened to how I wanted it black and a gold snake. The coffin shape isn’t to great and they didn’t take off the excess Nail pieces. Also I wear my ring every time I go anywhere or do mostly anything but when they were filing my nails they got my ring. I took it off because just cuz it’s real doesn’t mean I don’t want any scratches or anything on it. When she was doing the snake I asked if she can put the snakes head at the bottom instead of the top she said ok. I see now I was ignored and more in likely just rushed. For the price was 55. I can’t say much about the price because I never know how they price it. I’m not one to tell them how I really feel about it and it might be on me but here is my input on my nails. Update: I got my nails done Friday it’s now Sunday and they feel as if I had them a week or two when nails start being fragile and it’s time to take them off. How does that make sense. I make sure I’m not rough with my nails but these damn things hurt. I’m not happy.

Tanya Garcia Tina was fantastic! We popped in for a couple of pedicures and she took care of both of us. The salon itself didnt look very clean overall. I was a little skeptical walking in. Now having watched Tina do our pedicures, she was meticulous in the pedicure, the instruments she used & the location of where she returned them. I feel confident in returning to her for a pedicure.

Allyson Willis I got my acrylics taken off and asked for a manicure with clear polish because my nails needed a break. I was helped by the owner. My nails are HORRIBLE. They are not smooth, he didn’t file them, the clippers and stuff they had looked rusted, I still have acrylic residue on my nails, and he didn’t even cut my nails that are cracked. I am HIGHLY disappointed. I then sat there for 15 minutes thinking he was gonna come back to finish my nails, but he took another client and finally told me I was done…never going to come back here.

Ashley Griffith I went here for a pedicure and manicure, not a wise decision. When I walked in the man was already giving me attitude about wanting shellac and not polish. The chair they sat me in had rips and they didn’t even use a plastic bag in the tub they just filled it up. They also didn’t tell me how much they charged for shellac on your toes ( it’s $20 ). The lady that was working on me did a great job. I personally just did not like the attitude, uncleanliness, the variety of polish and how the ac felt non existent. It took them 2 hours to do my manicure and pedicure!!! Not worth the $90 charge.

Queen Libra Went to get a french tip pedicure with the line being a rainbow color style, was told it WAS possible to get done. Waited over an hour to get my toes painted while 2 other clients came in after me & left before me. Then told they could NOT do the style. Ended up getting a basic pedicure. My left big toe you can see through it it looks SO ugly. I don’t understand why the nail tech would not mention that it would be noticeable?. Walked out very unhappy. Smh. Like who would want this??!!

Kim Dent Don’t recommend coming, I rarely get my nails done so as a birthday treat for myself and went to get them done, full set of acrylics simple design. The guy that did them kept filing down on my thumb nail cuticle for some reason, ended up making it extremely painful/swollen. Almost a week later and it’s still swollen. I sent a message saying this and they kept saying about a discount on my next set, I told them I rarely get them done so that’s useless, but some sort of compensation, I wasn’t even asking for a full refund because the rest were fine. However, this one should have at least been $20 refund. They argued with my husband and kept saying discount on next set even after I already told them. I messaged them again on Facebook and they have just ignored me. Never going there again. Terrible customer service. And don’t care at all after you’ve paid.

I am giving this place 3 stars because the employee, a man, who tended to my pedicure used the pumice stone where not needed and resulted to scraping my skin. He had scraped to where I felt discomfort. Just ensure that they use the pumice stone where necessary at the bottom part of feet.

Ana I usually go to TipTop but decided to give this salon a try based in a recommendation from a friend . I was greeted right away in a friendly manner but I left disappointed. I had my acrylic nails removed, a pedicure with shellac polish for my finger nails and toenails. The pedicure was good but the technician wasn’t super friendly and at one point cussed because my acrylic nails weren’t coming off fast enough. The polish on my toenails was fine but the shellac on my fingernails ended up a little messy on the sides. My tech didn’t even respond when I said bye and thank you. It was experience but I think I am going to stick with TipTop next time.

Kathy Morris The best place in town for pedicure. I have in grown toenails, arthritis in my legs and feet also a large bunion on right foot. I do not allow anyone, anywhere to do my pedicure but Tina! She is gentle and does a great pedicure. Im 74 and use a walker. The whole staff is friendly and offer to accommodate my needs anyway they can. I also like that the place is always clean. They require each person to wash their hands before any procedure is done. Im convinced its the best place in town!!!

Allyson Willis I usually love this place but the last few times I’ve gone I’ve been disappointed. Let me start by saying everyone is SUPER nice and they make you feel loved, however today my nails just weren’t it. I showed the picture I wanted and it just didn’t turn out like it. The lines were off, my skin was left messy because she was filing my skin, the chrome isn’t even fully done, I was just left not loving them. I added a picture of what I wanted vs what I got.

Carolyn Medina Had two nail techs, the male that did my pedicure did great and listened to what I said the basic only $30 and normal nail polish. We had a lady do the other two and they also picked normal polish and basic $30 pedicure. They charged me for right on mine but $100 worth on the other two and the older man was rude when I asked about the over charging. Basically what should have been $90 turned into $140.

G M There for like three hours for super regular acrylics. Not great. Wouldn’t go back. Update, middle nail already broke off after three days.
