The sessions are private, custom-tailored to my goals and personal pace, and the results are quickly noticeable. The facility is clean, motivating, and offers the kind of workout that strengthens your entire body. Joe is friendly, professional, and clearly knows how to build whatever kind of body is your ideal. After one session, I already felt stronger--I was hooked. For the first time in my life, I look forward to working out.

Great rates, a complete array of equipment and expertly designed proprietary machines, more free weights that youll ever lift in your life and not a rubber band machine in the place. Ego-free members and are always willing to give you advice or spot you. After years away from the gym, I was treated with the respect and serious attention someone whod been going every day for 20 years would get, with instruction on the most effective routines to reach my goals and tips on dieting. This place is the real deal and I have a brand new body to prove it. Do yourself the favor and join.

Caroline Janczak Been taking my first son here since before he was one (now almost four) and they were located in the Olive Street Complex in Scranton. Amazing place for kids to grow, learn and explore. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, facility is clean and updated, and programs are age appropriate. My second son is now also attending classes and loves it just as much. 10/10

Rhonda Frank Ive only been there a few days, so far. Ive been a member of other gyms, where I havent been heard, and pushed to do exercises that would be more harmful to me than good. At this gym, I feel no judgment even though Im a larger woman. I like the layout, and the variety of machines. At the time I go early in the morning, there are only a few people there. I like that I can get in and get out.

Marissa Janesko I can’t say enough about the trampoline and tumbling program that United Sports Academy offers. Coach Alexis has made such a positive impact on my daughter not only in the gym but in all aspects of her life. Highly recommend!!

Kerra Spindler Steamtown Hot Yoga is the best hot yoga studio around. They offer a variety of classes beyond hot 60 & vinyasa that includes barre, Pilates, HIIT, and ballet. The atmosphere is so welcoming. Classes are accessible for all levels. The space at Lace village is beautiful and offer the top of the line features in a heated space work out facility. Plus the owners are wonderful ♥️ . Please check this place out. The community is great!

Cindi Browning Came through for a day to train on my way east and I was incredibly impressed with the facility. The employees and patrons were welcoming and friendly. The powerlifting area had calibrated kilo trees for each bench, rack and platform. Everything was clean, working and well organized. There was an open area filled with machines and cardio equipment. Loved my visit and would love to train there again in the future.
