Great programming and tailored to your needs/level of fitness/injuries. I actually enjoy coming to the gym everyday rather than dreading it in the past. Nice equipment, clean facility, knowledgable friendly trainers... what more can you ask for!?

MozzyStickz Was up here visiting family and my pops told me about this new gym. Decided to swing by and it was a great experience. Jim ( the owner ) is a cool dude who treats clients like family. The gym itself is phenomenal, good lighting to stay focused and not feel overwhelmed. Bathrooms are clean, environment and equipment is new , well maintained and clean. 10/10 experience in my book and will definitely be coming here whenever I come back to visit. Jena Deisher The staff are very friendly and helpful. It does get packed during daytime hours. I enjoy nights since I work 3rd shift. There are always others in this establishment working out no matter what time I go. This facility open later then some others and the staff are great at answering any and all questions I have had.

Great rates, a complete array of equipment and expertly designed proprietary machines, more free weights that youll ever lift in your life and not a rubber band machine in the place. Ego-free members and are always willing to give you advice or spot you. After years away from the gym, I was treated with the respect and serious attention someone whod been going every day for 20 years would get, with instruction on the most effective routines to reach my goals and tips on dieting. This place is the real deal and I have a brand new body to prove it. Do yourself the favor and join.
