Elizabeth Quinn Anthony was extremely encouraging. I appreciated the tips and information that he shared with me. All of his suggestions were real ones that can be achieved. Anthony was fun to talk to and positive. I look forward to learning more about a fitness plan from the trainers.

Brooke Brown Consistency Over Perfection is by far my most favorite place Ive had a chance to workout at. Denise is amazing and she is dedicated to helping women get healthy by educating us on exercising and nutrition. Plus she gives us a safe place to get to be real and we have the best conversations that help with mental health as well. I love the space Denise has created to help women feel confident when those big gyms can be intimidating. The other women in the class are so encouraging and we help push each other. Its limited space, so if youre lucky enough to get a spot, take it! I have been going here for almost a year and a half and I still look forward to going 3 times a week. Emily G Fantastic day with my niece climbing at Ascend. Lots of bouldering options, which she loved. Employees are friendly & helpful. Facility is clean and well cared for. Other patrons were nice as well!

Beth Hallock Great gym! Professional, friendly and attentive staff. This place is huge and soooo well equipped! Plenty of equipment for cardio, free weights, machines, boxing area in the back with a bunch of heavy bags, bosu balls, TRX, climbing rope… the works. There’s a rig for CrossFit style workouts or OCR training. They offer a variety of classes (Silver Sneakers, Boxing…) I am not a tanner but they do have a ton of beds. 100% recommend this gym.

Meg Zimmerman I LOVE Lakettes! I have had the pleasure of bringing both children to Lakettes 2x a week for almost 1 year. I have my daughter enrolled in weekly lessons, and bring both my son and daughter to kindergym 2x a week. The coaches are fantastic, personable, responsible, safety conscious, and sweet to me as well as my children. My daughter enjoys her lessons, loves her coach, and has developed a huge skill set in just a years time! I highly recommend Lakettes to those interested in "free play" / kindergym / open gym, or plan to register for lessons.

Michelle Pushinsky When I started working a new full time job, I needed a workout program I could do that could benefit me the most in my stressful stage of life. I began to research and found that if you are limited with time and energy, then lifting weights should be your priority. I decided to put all my eggs in that basket. I knew I wanted someone who could coach me to higher level stuff, BUT I was SO impressed to find out that Coach Joe prioritizes nutrition first and believes in holistic health. I was not intimidated by this because I already believe in that lifestyle. Coach Joe also has that passionate, gritty and hard-working vibe that is motivating to me. I feel very lucky to be training in his gym and Erie is very blessed to have him.

Rhonda Camp Ive been going here about 4 months now. I love that its 24hr because I go after work at 1:30 in the morning. The gym is clean, there are drinks available to buy. They are also really close to work so I can access it easily. I love the convenience.
