Elaine S There is something for the ENTIRE family at this amazing gym! Family of nine here and at one point my husband was in Beast class, I was in bootcamp, and six of our seven kids were either in a gymnastics class, ninja class, or on ninja team. Many times these classes were at the same time, too, so mom could workout while kids worked out. It was truly the best I’ve felt in twelve years of motherhood. We will ALWAYS go here! Thanks Sinai!!

Steve Woytek Excellent facility. Clean with good selection of equipment and amenities. 24 hour access will be great if I ever feel like working out at 3 AM! The owner is very involved and available.

damien elliott I started doing the kickboxing and jujitsu classes and for anyone looking for a more 1 on 1 hands on approach this will be the place for you, its all instructional and works the basics to help you evolve your game in a more personal environment.

Michelle Ducharme I had one on one coaching with Selina and it was worth every penny. Shell gently point out your excuses and self blocking behaviors while kindly moving you toward wellness and addressing any special needs your body may have along the way. It was amazing to see the difference in my body with gentle exercise and not having to kill myself in the gym. She gave me a program that could work with my erratic schedule and provided lots of healthy recipes based around the foods I already loved to eat, just better options. I recommend her to anyone that is looking for something different.

D. Rock Great place to train. Great group of guys to train with. Tom, Brad, and Marc are great teammates and legit instructors. I moved away and was training at another gym. Let me just say i missed the 3 elements gym. The instruction was nowhere on the same level as 3 elements...

Lacey Arvin A nice local gym with plenty of equipment. I love the safety equipment they have installed as well. The owner is very pleasant and easy to contact.

Steve Why are all snap fitness the same? Ive tried the website for someone to get ahold of me, Ive called, Ive went to the door(no one there) Its like they dont want anyone to join. This is the second time this type of thing has happened. I moved and the one I just left was just as bad to join. I finally gave up and just decided the slightly longer drive to a different gym was worth it. Signed up and in, in less than 10 minutes

Elizabeth Quinn Anthony was extremely encouraging. I appreciated the tips and information that he shared with me. All of his suggestions were real ones that can be achieved. Anthony was fun to talk to and positive. I look forward to learning more about a fitness plan from the trainers.
