I absolutely love the different classes and constantly changing circuits. These classes are helping me lose weight, gain muscle and become more flexible. Can’t suggest these enough!!

Brooke Brown Consistency Over Perfection is by far my most favorite place Ive had a chance to workout at. Denise is amazing and she is dedicated to helping women get healthy by educating us on exercising and nutrition. Plus she gives us a safe place to get to be real and we have the best conversations that help with mental health as well. I love the space Denise has created to help women feel confident when those big gyms can be intimidating. The other women in the class are so encouraging and we help push each other. Its limited space, so if youre lucky enough to get a spot, take it! I have been going here for almost a year and a half and I still look forward to going 3 times a week. Elaine S There is something for the ENTIRE family at this amazing gym! Family of nine here and at one point my husband was in Beast class, I was in bootcamp, and six of our seven kids were either in a gymnastics class, ninja class, or on ninja team. Many times these classes were at the same time, too, so mom could workout while kids worked out. It was truly the best I’ve felt in twelve years of motherhood. We will ALWAYS go here! Thanks Sinai!!

Alisha Frum Kirsten, Carissa and Kate are phenomenal coaching young athletes! The confidence and knowledge our girl has gained in just a few months has been nothing short of amazing. We have really seen the results in her game! It is so nice to be able to have time for her to be able to practice year round with their new indoor facility too. Highly recommend for younger 8u up to 18u for both girls and boys!
