He is clearly very knowledgeable of the online services & forms at Diamond. He saved me time navigating between the App & web during account setup. Kathleen Cox Not a long wait. Helpful staff and case workers. In a great location, has ample parking. They have documents on hand, they can help photo copy your important documents that you need to drop off and scan them in for you for your case worker. I am so happy that I dont have to drive to Norristown to have my needs met.

Jay Haughton I love this bank, everyone is friendly. Gavin was my banker that helped me close an old account and open a new one and he did it so fast. I have no problems with this bank so far. I also really love the mobile app, rarely do I need to go into the bank. I do wish they would add a larger sign for the outside of Truist since it can be hard to locate when driving. Other than that, I give this location a 9.5/10
