He is clearly very knowledgeable of the online services & forms at Diamond. He saved me time navigating between the App & web during account setup. Any issues I encountered he confirmed what I experienced then documented them to improve the next user experience. As an IT professional & manager myself Kevin is the type of person I would invest in keeping with my company if I had any say about. Great work Kevin, you’re a rockstar!

The representative I spoke to,Karina,,was extremely helpful and provided excellent service. She took the time to review and discuss various options that are available based on my financial situation and needs. She was detailed, thorough and so knowledgeable. She was patient and supportive of the needs I called in to have addressed. I highly recommend doing business with Diamond Credit Union - they go above and beyond, every time!!!
