Dave Ortman I did a one day drop-in while staying in the Pittsburgh suburbs. Josh (the owner) was extremely helpful. Despite being out of town, he sent his Dad to let me in at 5:00 AM for a powerlifting workout despite me not even having a membership! Great strongman, powerlifting, and general strength environment

Sam Best yoga studio to go to if you want to be yourself, everyone who enters the doors to the studio has the opportunity to express themselves authentically in a comfortable environment. I love the events that the studio offers, they make you feel like you’re out for a “girls night” and the yoga is great for all levels of athleticism, even if you’re a beginner and you want to try out a more challenging class the instructors make sure to make every class comfortable for everyone.
