Jenna Sassaman Ive been attending Stackd Boxing with Coach Dave for a little over 2 months and its been a great experience! The workouts have a good amount of variation so I dont get bored, but enough consistency that I feel like Im confidently learning proper form and execution. Coach Dave provides great instruction and motivation to give your best effort. Ive felt welcome and comfortable, yet challenged, since my first class! No experience or equipment necessary to give it a try!

Trout Creek Great 1:1 training! Johnny is extremely knowledgeable. Learning to streamline the effort to achieve lifting and fitness goals, and to do it safely, is priceless. Dont waste your time doing the same workouts day in, day out, only to obtain minimal gains. Hammerhead is a game changer.

Amy Beilharz This past weekend, my son attended a birthday party at your facility. He had an absolute blast! So much so, that he decided he wanted to join classes! I have never seen him so passionate and excited about something! What you all are doing for these kids is fantastic. I would like to personally thank Coach Frankie and Coach Chris for encouraging him and giving him such positive feedback Monday evening. They offered him advice and motivated him to keep trying!
