1 /5 Spencer Spinks: I forgot my food and left because I didnt have time to eat it. Then came right back to grab it, and they had thrown it away. Horrible customer service. All the employees I spoke to refused to help. I asked the manager for a replacement and she wasted to charge me for a whole new meal though I didnt really have time to eat the other one. The sad part is I paid extra for chicken that I really didnt want. Last year, during my first trip, I had bad customer service, which is why Ive not been back until now. So my suggestion is dont eat here!!

2 /5 Staci Mattheyer: We have eaten here several times with no problems but tonight wasn’t the case. Placed our order for steak cooked medium rare, a chicken fried steak and a cheese burger. Several tables came in after us and placed their orders. Those that came in after us got their food before us and some even left, several of them even ordered steaks. Asked what the hold up was and they said it was the chicken fry. Really it doesn’t take 45 minutes to cook a chicken fried steak. It will be a while before we go back.

1 /5 Torie Wooster: I had ordered a sirloin medium-rare with a side salad and baked potato. The steak was terrible it was way over cooked. Im pretty sure it was frozen not fresh. The salad was also terrible not fresh came with next to nothing on it. The only thing good about this place was my waitress. She was very nice and apologized for my meal.

5 /5 Tom Rueb: A friend recommended the Steakhouse there and it was awesome. Closes at 8PM and just made it in time. Hard choice between prime rib or ribeye.
