Indigo Sky Casino - Wyandotte (OK)

1 /5 Rachel Walter: Wanted to love it. Beautiful entrance. Hotel is to the right of the casino. Casino staff was super rude when we asked where the hotel entrance was. Hotel check in at kiosk ends at 9 but front desk lady was lovely. Got to room; late check in about 10 p.m. It was HOT, but hey maybe they don’t cool the rooms until check in. Turn a/c down. Nope… crazy hot all night. Informed front desk. Asked to move rooms. They refused because “we done want to have to clean two rooms.” Um… if I had been here 1 night, you would have had to clean it… okay, maintenance will look. No call… waited until 2; contacted hotel. They don’t know if a/c was repaired or not. They won’t refund my next night nor move my room to one with a working a/c. Might be a good casino (didn’t try it) but skip the hotel!!! Pool looks beautiful though but if it is maintained like the a/c or managed like the reservations, might take a water test with you!

3 /5 Jennifer Barton: I had fun because I love my guest! The slots were stingy, the food was meh, the room was nice, and the staff were pleasant! Overall, it was good. Pro tip bring bottled water with you to drink.

3 /5 Billie V: Annual trip to Wyandotte and this wasnt the first choice. The check in process wasnt great. The gal at the desk was less than pleasant. Her and the other gal were both on their phones. She seemed to be annoyed that she had to do her job. I had to come back and ask a question and again got the annoyed look. This was on September 12 around 230 pm. Ive been here several times over the past few years and this was the least pleasant person ive encountered. I was disappointed in there only being the one restaurant since there isnt a ton of choices in the area. However the food was good, and I do love the vibe. The pool area was dirty, dead bugs as you enter the pool. Dirty cabana area. When we would come to Indigo in previous years, it always had a quality of feeling like you were in a high end hotel. I definitely dont feel that anymore. Might as well be a Best Western.

5 /5 Shannon Wallace: Indigo sky has always been an awesome experience.. great atmosphere, great people, wonderful staff.. well it was when i was able to visit.. i voluntarily banned from here to support my ex wife who was going through some difficult times and now i have to go through an act of congress to be able to come back into the establishment but i would love to be able to enjoy the true awesomeness of the casino again.. i recommend this awesome casino to everyone..

5 /5 Colin Cunningham: I had travel issues (not with the hotel) and sent an email instead of called to change my travel plans. Most places would have taken my deposit regardless. Indigo Sky refunded my deposit no questions asked - before I could even ask! Amazing way of doing business. It’s made me a loyal customer!
