5 /5 Lisa Plank: We had been with the same insurance company for many years when out of nowhere, they dropped us last minute due to some comprehensive claims (deer and theft). We have several policies; business, farm, and personal, so I was pretty stressed out about what to do and didnt have much time to look. Thank goodness my friend at work referred me to Steve Watts! He came out to our farm on a Saturday, and Im pretty sure I cut his weekend getaway short! To sum it up, Steve is awesome! He also saved us a ton of money while making our policies better. If in doubt, I am pretty darn particular, and I hope to remain a lifelong client. I also like that Steve deals with several insurance companies which gives more options to the clients. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, and this guy knows what he is doing!
