1 /5 Erica Pedroza: I would not recommend Lyon Financial. My experience with them was extremely disappointing. They were unreliable and very difficult to reach when I had questions or concerns. I also encountered dishonesty from their employees, which made the entire process feel untrustworthy. One major red flag was being asked to send a copy of my Social Security card, which felt unnecessary and suspicious. Overall, the company operates in a way that feels shady and unprofessional. I strongly advise others to be cautious before doing any business with them.

The information regarding the loan amount, rates available and terms were straightforward. If I had a question, they were courteous when I called. Their customer service department was very knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend Lyon Financial for anyone that is looking to obtain a pool loan. After finishing the process, I understand why they were recommended by the pool contractors.
